Perfect location, short drive from the airport and convenient location with easy walk to Camana Bay. Water views from every room with easy ocean entry. Nice pool, didn’t ever feel crowded. Quiet. Beautiful view of all the NYE fireworks on SMB. Well appointed with large washer/dryer which was very helpful for packing purposes. One of our best vacations ever.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Best part was the location, right on the water. Views were beautiful, and it was a nice swimming beach. We could walk to 7MB or Georgetown (with a little wading).Condo was roomy, immaculate and well-stocked. Unit was ready early, and easily accessed with key pad. Manager communicated well. No problems at all.

Fantastic Property

Ideal set up for two couples, or in our case, a couple and two college-aged kids. Upstairs has bedroom and full bath and downstairs also has bedroom and full bath (not en suite, however). This is the best kitchen I have ever had in a vacation rental. Everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of beach towels and two chairs if you want to venture to a different beach on the island. Due to erosion there is no beach front, but they have set it up such that it is an easy, 10 second walk from the loungers to the water. Water in front of the condo is crystal clear. Views from the balcony are second to none. RIGHT on the water with fantastic sunset views.

The condo was redecorated very well. Modern and had many amenaties needed and not expected in the kitchen for use and to seve with.The bedrooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected, and only one blow dryer for 2 bathrooms and only the 2 rolls of t.p that were already on the roll offered. We went and bought more.Location was perfect and the host was easy to work with. The general living space was good for 4 people to be comfortable when interacting in common space.

Beautiful place and location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Depending on the tide, there can be either little or no beachfront directly in front of the condo, but there is beachfront 20 yards away at the quiet, public beach. The host provided beach chairs, an umbrella, tennis and pickleball rackets. So nice! We would definitely stay there again. Walkable to restaurants.

Very nice condo right on the water!! Beautiful sunsets every night and a great beach to walk on. We were able to snorkel right in front of the condo and the water was clear and warm. Would definitely recommend it

Cayman Rugby Retreat

Our son had the great opportunity to train with the Cayman National team coaches and this fantastic condo was the ideal location for all we did and saw on the island. The kitchen and rooms are well appointed, the ocean is outside your door, and shopping and essentials are all walking distance. Highly recommend a stay at Cayman Reef!

Very clean condo with the most beautiful view. The host is responsive and helpful. There is everything you need for a great beach vacation or even if you simply want to stay in and relax. Unique set up is perfect for couples as each couple can share a common area or also have space to themselves too . The property is very safe and well maintained. Camana Bay has a lot of great restaurants and a supermarket, and it’s a short walk from the condo. Just ask a local for the best route. There is a little shortcut. Taxi service was quick and the drivers are very friendly and will share recommended places to see and eat. I highly recommend this rental. You will enjoy it!

This condo has the most amazing view! Everything was clean and well appointed. Property manager was very responsive with questions and helping us out when needed. The only thing needed may be a few more pillows for the beds. We would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Paradise

The condo is nice and spacious for 2 people. The location is wonderful. You can sit on the balcony in the shade in the morning, in the sun in the afternoon and for the sunset in the evening; lounge on the beach chairs, swim in the clear water, walk on the beach. We walked to SMB by taking the sidewalk along the main road about 1/4 mile north to a beach access path. We walked to the grocery store, about 1/2 mile. Everyone we met was friendly. Yuri promptly answered a few questions we had in the first couple of days.

Beautiful Condo!

We absolutely loved this Cayman Reef Resort condo. The unit was very clean and provided ample general necessities on arrival. Management is friendly, helpful and responsive by phone and text. Thank you Jes and Tina for your superb hospitality. We rate this Vrbo offering an A+. Although storms have completely eroded the beach directly out front (or back?), there is no lacking for nearby public beach access by foot or short drive with plenty of parking.

As Close to the Water as You Can Get

This lovely place is right on the water. Beach was completely washed out which was a bummer but lovely to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing the sea wall. Great view to watch the fish swimming as well. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was decently comfortable. TVs can be a little confusing to operate. Easy taxi ride to all the great restaurants and easy walk to Camana Bay. WiFi works great. Condo has everything you’ll need to enjoy a stay and is very clean.

This property is truly oceanfront. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need. The balcony is the best place for a morning coffee or a wine in the evening to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

Cannot get any closer to the water

Perfect unit if you want a balcony 10 feet from the water. A small amount of beach left in front of the complex, but you can walk to the public beach. If you want to walk any distance on 7 mile Beach, you need the access the public beach farther north.
