“Room service was hit and miss. One day the room wasn’t touched. The next we had to request it. Another they cleaned it but left no towels or toilet paper. The incudes breakfast was very very good, no complaints there. Staff are very friendly regardless of room service issues”

“Rocky start to our 5day stay. TV did not work properly. Voiced out our concerns and was eventually led to their rooms manager. He promptly found a solution. Smooth sailing from then on. Breakfast buffet varied daily and always excellent. Staff was always ready for any of our needs. Will definitely stay here again. Shout-out to Rey Lagata, good guy..”

“Everything was great, including the location, staff, and convenience. However, for about 90% of my stay, I didn’t feel safe. Every night, around 12mn-2am, someone would try to open my doorknob. I have a doorknob alarm that would turn on every night, confirming my suspicion.”
