“One of the worst hotels ive been to. Checked in and immediately turned around and left. Was absolutely disgusting, smelled like an ash tray and was very dirty. Was very run down. Looked like a by the hour hotel. Bed sheets were not changed, mold on the walls, hairs in the bed. I would rather sleep in my car. The room we refused was given to someone else less than 10 minutes later. We saw them go in the room from the parking lot as we hadn't even left yet. ”

“Rooms seemed dark but that could have been inadequate light bulbs. The bathroom was roomy and plenty of towels but no makeup mirror. Charging plugs were lose and extremely slow. These are small things but they all add up to contribute to a pleasant stay. A small cafe in the lobby but no complimentary breakfast or coffee. Convenient location. ”

“Dirty bathroom floor and tub. Big roach/ beetle type bug ran across the floor when we first arrived. Very noisy between slamming doors and the non-stop airplanes going overhead. Disappointed because Holiday Inn Express was always our go to choice. Never had a bad experience until this one.”
