“Breakfast wasn’t bad. Front desk hardly staffed and phone rarely gets picked up. Stayed for 5-6 days requested room service twice didn’t get it either time. Wasn’t worth an effort to argue. Not bad for the price, but there’s a lot of homeless who sit behind the hotel all day long”

“The facility was very clean. Breakfast was VERY limited. The room was clean, but the curtains at the windows were shredded, and the towels and wash clothes were tattered.”

“When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.”

“I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. The date on my room got changed so they sold my room so when I got there at 2am I had no room or place to sleep had to book a room for the night somewhere else at 2am that was extremely frustrating and were rude to me. “We were incredibly disappointed from start to finish. After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay.
