“I would not recommend it to anyone. There was no hot water. The AC did not work. We paid for a family of four and had two chairs. It was not an enjoyable stay”

“Staying in a caboose was a fun experience for our family. We only stayed one night, so it was a perfect place to rest of the night. If we would have stayed longer I would have appreciated enough dishes to severe our family a meal. We only had two coffee cups and a couple plates and bowls. The garbage can outside was overflowing and there was trash in the yard. ;(”

“The property was fun. Baby animals with a country setting. Property was quiet, with nice decor. We had a hiccup with getting check in info and accuracy with check in time and bed size that were on the listing, but the bed itself was comfortable.The TV was a bit too far away from the bed to be able to see channels and info, and had to be turned up fairly loud to hear it, but luckily the room is off the side of the house as to hopefully not disturb the owners.The room had a very strong cleaning...

“This property was very clean. It passed the bare foot test. The bed we slept in had fine linens. The towels were extra thick. Having ice and water dispenser on the fridge was a huge convenience, and having the washer and dryer right there was a lifesaver. Ample secure parking. The decorations were very chic. We very much enjoyed spending time in Monroe and Richfield and the trip was made extra special by getting to celebrate a long time friend’s wedding.”

“This place was very new and pristine. The host was friendly and helpful, and even asked me to suggest little things future renters might want. I forgot to note that having nightlights are nice for finding your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. They keep people from leaving lights and using more electricity than needed. LED ones are the best.”

“We wanted to love it but a few things were lacking. The microwave was dirty and the bathtub/shower water had a hard time draining. There were no towels when we first arrived but the owner fixed that immediately. We couldn't get the tv's to work. The fans although rattling worked fine. ”
