The cabin was dirty, smoke detector beeping, no closets, one hand towel, hot tub horribly dirty and green, grass 3 feet tall, shower nasty, paddle fans covered with dirt.Called the host and she said would send someone out the next day and I said the smoke detector had to be fixed that day, no way to stay there with the beeping. Went to Walmart to buy a coffee pot and someone repaired the smoke detector and blew the leaves off the hot tub cover. No one ever came to clean inside or out or to clean the hot tub, which we were looking forward to using. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in the decision to rent this cabin, so we just threw away our money for a much needed getaway.

Smokey Mountains

The cabin was beautiful, the screened in back porch was especially nice in the evenings with the cool breeze blowing. Centrally located to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, plenty of shopping etc., would stay there again.

Anniversary Weekend Trip

Everything in the cabin was great, only complaint is that the grass hasn’t been cut in a while as we brought our dog so having tall grass worries is with fleas and ticks, but other than that everything was great! Location was great and we will definitely stay here again!

Location, price and condition all 5 star ratings. Close the the parkway but very quiet. Outstanding price for this two bedroom 2 bath cabin. Interior was ver comfortable. Plenty of room.

Very nice location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Beds were a little too firm but I adjusted. Wish there was some small amount of hanging space for clothes but hall tree helped for most important things. I would happily stay there again.

The location was amazing!! And the cabin was clean, comfortable and homey. Loved the back porch, the hot tub, the kitchen, the patio. Only negative was the bed was a little too firm. I'm used to a softer mattress. However I would love to stay there again.

close to Pigeon Forge and all the activities. But still in the mountains

nice place but no extra bedding for sofa bed so we had to go purchase but overall would rent again.

When we got there the stove was broken and the oven didn’t work. Me and my family brought a whole bunch of food for cooking. Ended up not being able to cook for the week. So we wasted money on groceries and then had to rely on going out and spending more money for meals. We did call the host and they informed us that they made this aware to vrbo, but vrbo failed to relay the message to guest staying or while booking the cabin

Good stay

The road to cabin needs to be marked better. In a very sharp curve. Beds need new mattress. Living area needs more comfortable furniture. Just needs some updates. Overall the stay was good loved the wooded area.

Vacation stay

We really enjoyed the property and our stay in Sevierville. But we did have one safety issue. There needs to be a mirror installed at the entrance off of S New Era and onto the cabin road. There is a blind spot and we were almost hit a couple of times. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to bring the family dog!

Secluded cabin?

The property list, secluded which it is not, take 20 steps and you’re at the next cabin. They had a little tiny patch of grass for my two fur babies to go on, that was knee-high with weeds and grass when we arrived. They did have the grass cut the next morning, but it was a little tiny area And I feel that the description of the property is inaccurate. Location was great, close to shops.

Quiet and cozy

Address is hard to find for my GPS. Property was clean, and provided toiletries (shampoo, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent). Enough space for us. The upstairs hears every noise in the house and doesn’t cool well. Easy check in.

Nice cabin

The cabin was overall good, except the couch. It was so uncomfortable. We decided to open it up to make it bigger and it was covered in dog hair. Thank goodness I had a sticky brush and towels or we could not have sat on it. The bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived there was a sign on the oven saying “out of order.” We had purchased groceries for cooking. It was my birthday and we planned to make a cake. We tried to contact the owner but the number listed was the cleaner. She said she couldn’t do anything and the owners were aware. It was not mentioned in the listing. We finally got the owner and they said they were going to send a toaster oven but sent an air fryer. No cake for me.The cabin smelled moldy throughout. The rugs were stained with pet urine. The kitchen smelled of mildew and the bed smelled like pee. No thanks.

Felt like home

Our family of 5 (4 Adults and 1 child) stayed at this cabin from June 3rd - 8th. It was the PERFECT cabin for our family and our stay. It is a smaller-sized cabin, but we LOVED that each evening, we felt like we were coming home! My mother and I enjoyed getting up early, fixing a cup of coffee, and going out to talk on the back screened-in porch. This cabin is close to the roadway, so there is some car noise, but you can't actually see the cabin from the road thanks to a tree line. I was grateful that the driveway leading up to the cabin is not extremely steep, and it was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go (Dollywood, SplashCountry, Gatlinburg, and the National Park). We had a small issue with the water heater (it turned out to be a tripped breaker), and the owner and management were very attentive to the situation, which was resolved quickly! We have no complaints and truly hope to book this cabin again in the future!
