  • Dollywood Cottage, unit 501 “Four Bearoom” is located just three miles from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country, sleeps 8 and is the perfect cottage for the family looking to get away, yet still be close to everything. This newly remodeled one Story 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage has everything with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area for 7, and a Bar area seating for 4. The living room is equipped with a Comfy Sectional couch, chair, electric fireplace, and a 55-inch flat screen Television. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. There are 2 bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with tub and shower combo. The newly remodeled back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a hot tub. Great Location to go the back way to Gatlinburg without going on the main parkway Just 9.7 miles from the Craft Community in Gatlinburg and Close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Place was in a great location about ten miles from the Island and five miles from Dollywood! Easy access to all attractions! House was a 4 bedroom house with full kitchen and easy access to all places! Would definitely stay there again!

Family trip

We spent a few nights with a party of 6 ages 15-60 and we had a wonderful time. Only issue we had at the place was the cookware needs to be replaced. We ended up having to make pancakes in a pot, but other than that the place was great. It was clean, beds comfortable and I absolutely loved the tower fan.

It was wonderful very clean very home like and lots of space! The only thing we needed was a broom and mop so we could keep the floor clean as when we arrived. I would for sure stay here again.

Family Time

House was perfect for us, especially since my husband uses a walker. Open floor plan was nice. Would definitely stay here again. We come almost every year and out of all the houses we have rented this was the best.

Family extended weekend away

Absolutely PERFECT location. A very clean and quiet house. We had horseback riding ,Dollywood and The Island all just minutes from the driveway. All 8 members of the family was pleased and have agreed this will be our spot for Pigeon Forge.

Family weekend

This was our first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous, BUT it was so perfect! The whole experience…from making reservations all the way to checking out! This house was amazing! It was clean and we didn’t have a problem with anything! It was perfect for our family! There was everything we needed in the house as well as outside! We would definetly stay there again!! Five stars on everything!

Great spacious house with great parking.

The house was beautifully decorated for Fall, a nice touch. Although i was told the driveway only held 4 cars, it could have easily held almost double that; a great attribute when guests are coming from different places. The house was clean and had every kitchen appliance/gadget you could imagine, making it easier to cook at home if you're on a budget for your vacation.

More then expected!

I knew from the site the property was beautiful and clean but I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect it all was. Beds were a bit hard for our comfort but after a full day of exploring and shopping it didn't prevent nice sleep. The property is on a relatively busy road and on the backside of a blind curve so caution is needed. Otherwise, we all enjoyed our stay and are already planning next year's vacation.

Family Trip to Dollywood/

Enjoyed the house . It worked well for our group ranging in age 9-70 the ranch style no stairs was assessable for my granddaughters wheel chair . Would stay again and recommend. Only a few small things that would have made it better. The grill was not clean and I had to run out and get a grill lighter before I could light the grill . And the air vent were in need of cleaning.
