Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces with a cozy fireplace, and comfortable accommodations with two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, queen and twin bunk rooms, and multiple bathrooms. Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the locked owner`s closet.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

** This property has an outside security camera facing the front door/main entrance.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
