This was an awesome property. Everyone loved the game room. The pond was great and wildlife was wonderful. This was like a home away from home. Peace and quiet. I will be staying again.

Short stay

The property is great, secluded and quiet and accommodated our family of 5 easily. This was perfect for our short stay and close enough to all the restaurants, shops and attractions in the area.

Needs updates

The house needs some updates. The beds are very hard, the shower is dark and slick. Unsafe for elderly and not handicap safe. The driveway needs a light to show where it is located. Hard to see at night. The pond was mowed and good access to it.

We had the best time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had enough space for my parents, my boys, and my husband and I. The property was beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife (including a bear!). It was about 30 minutes to Dollywood and was a great spot to relax after a full day at the park!

So close yet so far away

We loved our stay here. We were only 35-39 minutes from all the action. We loved coming back to the quiet and the area is great. The only thing I will say is that if you plan on cooking for your family while staying here, bring your own serving spoons and cooking utensils. They have those cheap flimsy plastic ones and they really aren't that durable. Other than that we had everything our family needed! It was a lovely stay!

Cozy home away from home

Wasn't certain on what to expect when booked. But communication was easy and clear. Checkin was a breeze. It was a family vacation for the 4th, (a16, 18,19 yr olds, their mom and myself. Everyone enjoyed the stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will say that if you like being right around anything that this my not be for you as it is at least a 20 minute drive to anything, but if your like me that is what I liked the most about it. And you don't have to worry about anyone being right on top of you. The pond was a bonus, in fact I caught something almost everytime I I went fishing. I will recommend this property to any and everyone and it will be my go to every time I plan a trip to the area if it is available

Lovely stay

The stay was wonderful while we were here! If we needed anything or had any questions the host would respond quickly as well. The pool table was definitely used every day.

Loved it was off to its self! We enjoyed the pond as well and has pretty big fish to catch as well. The property itself is beautiful and the house was extremely clean. Communication with owner was amazing as well! We will definitely be coming back!!

Great Tenn location

Loved this place. Love the owners. Communication was great. House was everything and more. Anytime I am in pigeon forge/Gaitlinburg area I will stay here. Perfect house for a family. The basement is AWESOME

Excellent experience!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed every min here, from the spacious game area downstairs, to the outside relaxation! Spent one day fishing at the pond…. caught a huge catfish (he got off the line right as we got him to the bank and swam back in the pond). The beds were so comfortable and everything was nicely prepared for us. We had everything we needed. We felt we were home! I would highly recommend! Out in the country, out of the business of traffic and very peaceful! Thank you for having us!! Hope to return again!

Girls getaway!

This spot was perfect for my friend and our teenage daughters. So much space (relegated them to the UBER cool space in the basement) while we talked the night away. The only disappointment was that we didn’t have a Bigfoot sighting as the surrounding geography was so peaceful and beautiful. 😉

Beautiful home

This home was just as stated on the site. Got a beautiful home for the price of a hotel. Very comfy beds, game room downstairs was a big hit for our 11 year old and us too if I'm honest! Host was friendly and attentive. Will stay here again when in the area.
