Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priority. For this reason we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

By booking this listing you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Must sign rental agreement emailed upon booking.

- Must be 21 or older to book.

- A $500 security hold is placed 5 days prior to check-in and released 5 days after check-out.

- 3 Persons Max

- 2 Vehicle Max

- Message host before booking if you have more than 3 persons. An additional charge of $50 minimum per person per night may be considered by host.

- No Pets allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

- No Smoking: Smoking is Not Allowed Inside Bella’s Tiny House Retreat.

- Must drive up gravel driveway to park in flat gravel parking area directly in front of tiny house.

- Must be able to climb up and down ladder to sleep in loft. Owner is not responsible for any injuries that may occur from use of ladder in tiny house. Use ladder at your own risk.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult their doctor before use. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

-NO Partying, Loud music, or Large gatherings allowed at any time. Please be respectful of nearby neighbor.

-NO Fireworks

- Check-in begins at 4pm on dates of reservation and will end at 10am on check-out date. We can occasionally allow for early check-ins and will inform you if tiny house is ready prior to 4pm.

- Tiny house is on a well, but has a top-of-the line filtration system for all water coming into the home.

- Aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and tea are not provided

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

- Although we RARELY see bears, there is a super friendly neighborhood dog who MAY stop by and greet you to ensure your having a 5-star stay. He is a very sweet boy, but if you have a fear a dogs this may not be the best fit for you.

- Tiny house is in the mountains so cell service may be spotty.

- There may be some twisty roads.

- Tiny house is in the mountains/ forests, so you may see bugs or critters. We do our best to maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, if doors are left open, or if food is left outside, this can attract critters.

You will be provided an electronic house manual prior to check-in that will provide you will everything you need to know about the tiny house in order to have a comfortable stay. ☺️
