Welcome to Angel’s Perch in the Smoky Mountains! This 3-bedroom + loft cabin sleeps up to 12 and sets you up for mountain views, resort amenities, and easy access to Sevierville attractions.



The Space:

Set in a quiet resort setting with mountain views, this family-friendly cabin offers room for your group to spread out across three ensuite bedrooms and a loft. Unwind with a friendly game of pool in the game room, catch a movie with the DVD player, or step outside to enjoy fresh air on the balcony and outdoor seating. Two king suites each feature a gas fireplace and jetted tub for spa-like downtime, while the bunk room is a hit with kids and teens. When you’re ready to explore, you’re a short drive to shopping, dining, and family fun. Back at home, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer/dryer, and a paved driveway make day-to-day easy.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the paved driveway directly beside the property.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access and move throughout the home (please see photos).

• Wi-Fi/Cell Service: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural, mountainous location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pool: The outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day; hours and availability are managed by the resort and are subject to change.

• Security: There is one exterior security camera located at the front porch that monitors the parking area and main entrance.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are provided in the home.

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly; please no pets.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
