Beautiful riverside cabin, sleeps 18!

  • Keep your eyes peeled because you just might find the legendary Davy Crockett wandering around Crockett's Coonskin Cabin! This amazing four bedroom, two story cottage will sleep up to 18 people. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs is a loft area with 6 double beds and 1 bath; perfect for the kids! Crockett's Coonskin also has a full kitchen, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace. This Cabin can be rented along with the other Brookside Resort cabins to accommodate large gatherings. Indoor fireplace in operation October-March.

    Pet Fee is $60 per pet. Pets must be on a leash when outside. No pets on furniture or beds and pet must be crated when leaving the property.

We loved our weekend at the cabin. While rustic, it was comfortable, and spacious enough for our large group. The river was amazing, and there was plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run and enjoy. We hope to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the room was very comfortable. The kids had plenty of space to play and really enjoyed themselves. The location was great and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect — would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

It wasn't as private as we anticipated, we weren't aware of campground across the water. We enjoyed the cozy beds and the space. The children really enjoyed the playground. The view was amazing. The firepit was very nice also. We had a few televisions that needed repair.

Plenty of room

Our 6 days there were amazing everyone was comfortable and felt like we were home. The views were incredible and peaceful! I would highly recommend the place to friends and family!! Thank you for allowing us to stay there!

This cabin was great! We loved the rustic feel of it all. With the creek running right in front the rocking chair to have moring coffee over looking was so peaceful. Everyone had so much peace. We loved having fire out in the firepit with the family playing games. There is tons of space and no one felt crowded. We will be back! Great for large groups!

Great family get away

Quite, get away with family, plus deep swimming hole, with the clearest water you'll ever swim in. House had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Cabin was just as described, perfect location right on the creek. Stayed in bunch of cabins but this was best yet. My family along with my parents and sisters family all had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Great place!!

Beautiful place with a great location. However, the cabin could use some maintenance. The upstairs loft was nice, but it would have been better if the bed sheets and blankets were clean and free of large stains. Overall, we had a good time at the cabin.

Peaceful and beautiful

Our stay was very peaceful. The property was also beautiful. It felt like our own little oasis. There were 6 adults and 7 kids and there was more than enough room and also more than enough to do.

The house is a little more dated than I thought, but the setting was magnificent. We had a problem with the water heater, we notified management and it was taken care of by the next morning, which we greatly appreciated. All in all it was a lovely experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin was located on a beautiful creek. It was so quiet in the neighborhood. You could sit out on the porch and listen to the water babbling down the creek. Perfect amount of space for eight people that went. We would definitely book again.

Relaxing!!!

This property did not disappoint!!! Very clean and spacious and well stocked !!! The rocking chairs on the porch were such a hit!!! Loved being so close to the creek to relax. The beds were comfy and the upstairs room with several beds was a hit with the teens !!
