The Space:

Soft twilight settles over the trees as you step onto the expansive deck, the quiet of the mountains folding around you. Steam curls from the private hot tub while cool winter air brushes your face, and the glow of the fire pit offers a warm gathering spot beneath long evenings. Inside, playful Bigfoot motifs thread through cozy rooms filled with arcade games, board games, and comfortable nooks, inviting you to unwind at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The second‑floor primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk‑in shower. A second bedroom on the same level also offers a king bed. The kids’ bedroom provides two twin beds and a collection of arcade games for younger guests. On the first floor, accessed by a separate exterior entrance, a guest bedroom includes a full bed, and the living area holds a futon bed. A full bathroom with a walk‑in shower serves the lower level.



Indoor living

Relax in the second‑floor living room with a 55‑inch ROKU TV, or retreat to the first‑floor living room, which has its own ROKU TV. Entertainment options include arcade cabinets, board games, books, and a dedicated children’s playroom stocked with a pack‑n‑play, children’s books, toys, a high chair, and dinnerware. Fast Wi‑Fi, an ethernet connection, and a private workspace with a door keep you productive when needed.



Kitchen & dining

The main kitchen on the second floor accommodates meals for eight, with additional seating for four at a nearby table. A kitchenette on the first floor offers a mini fridge and coffee maker for quick refreshments.



Outdoor living

Winter evenings in Sevierville are perfect for soaking in the private hot tub on the deck or gathering around the fire pit. Outdoor furniture, a private patio, a dining area, and a BBQ grill provide fresh mountain air and space to spread out, even in colder months. A private backyard adds extra room for relaxation.



Practical comforts

Free on‑premises parking, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and a full laundry with a washer and dryer are provided. Safety features include exterior security cameras at the front door, shed area, and left side of the cabin, plus a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit.

Families, groups, and pet‑friendly stays—up to two dogs are welcome for a $125 per reservation fee. Large trailer and RV parking is available across the street for $10 per night, billed separately. Military, veterans, police, and firefighters enjoy a 5 % discount with proof of service.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the cabin excluding owners closets and the shed.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the 1st floor does not connect to the 2nd floor by interior stairs. The 1st floor has a separate and private exterior guest entrance.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
