Cabin’s location was great and very peaceful. It’s a newer cabin , spacious with a beautiful layout for a family. However, the cleaning from the previous guest was rushed to get us in on time. Spider webs in the corners, hair in the bathrooms baths and floors, bread crumbs in the living room! Wi fi was terrible, we couldn’t watch anything on beautiful flat screen tv’s throughout the cabin. Maintenance guy had to come to help us use the theater room. Even though the projector set up was wonderful perk, we could only use Netflix. Hit tub was not Hot on the arrival, we had to wait until the next day to use it. The most concerning feature was the safety of the railing upstairs next to the pool. The screws are not bolted all the way into the beam, so if someone leans on it, they could fall down into the living room. Elk Springs, you myst fix this ASAP! Again, beautiful property but the lack of service made our stay less enjoyable.
