The Cabin Layout
We built this three-level layout to ensure multi-generational groups have plenty of space to gather together, while still giving everyone their own private escape.

Main Level (Easy Entry & Few Stairs): Ideal for grandparents or anyone preferring easy access. Features a King Suite with an adjacent full bathroom, an open-concept living area with a vinyl record player, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a back deck complete with a private hot tub and propane grill.

Upper Level (Private Parent's Retreat): Features a luxury King Suite with a private bathroom, a dedicated laptop workspace with high-speed WiFi, and private access to an upper balcony boasting stunning ridge views.

Lower Level (The Kids & Fun Zone): The ultimate entertainment floor. Home to our private heated indoor pool room, a game lounge with a retro arcade machine, a custom Bunk Room (twin-over-full), a full bathroom, laundry facilities, and a lower viewing deck with outdoor seating.

Cozy Living & Tech: Memory-foam mattresses on all King beds, high-speed WiFi for streaming, and Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room (simply log into your favorite personal streaming accounts).

Bathrooms Stocked for Comfort: Three full bathrooms fully stocked with fresh premium towels, specialized makeup towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

September & Fall Foliage: We sit just minutes from Dollywood’s Harvest Festival and Great Pumpkin LumiNights, making our ridge-view decks the perfect spot to watch the autumn leaves begin to transform.

Other Things to Note (Our Community Guidelines)
Family Safety First: To give parents absolute peace of mind, the private indoor pool area is secured with a secondary safety child lock and a door alarm that must remain active. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and diving is strictly prohibited.

Pool & Hot Tub Care: To keep the water sparkling clean, our pool technician conducts a brief, professional maintenance check once a week (typically around 10 AM). We kindly ask that guests keep the pool room doors closed to maintain the interior climate.

Mountain Neighbors: Part of the magic of Grandview Resort is our local wildlife! Black bears are occasionally spotted in the neighborhood. For their safety and yours, please always lock car doors and secure all trash in our provided bear-proof outdoor bins.
