Come live the Tiny Home Life Down on the Farm!

Down on the Farm is one of our most unique tiny home floor plans. This floor plan package features high-end interior finishes, recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings in the living area, creating an inviting atmosphere.

The L-shaped kitchen offers additional counter space creating the perfect layout for those who love to cook. The master bedroom features ample storage and the large loft creates versatility for additional storage or sleeping accommodations. Outdoor living is maximized with the 10x12 covered porch, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset.

Great stay. Decieving listing.

The listing was a little decieving. It sounded like we were staying on an actual farm not in a campground. We did enjoy our tiny house. The mountain view was beautiful.

Nice stay

Nice stay, clean, cozy, and well-appointed cabin with awesome beds. The area had nice small coffee shops and country-style restaurants. Disappointed with the depiction of the location of the cabin. Your description shows a single cabin on a horse farm. However, the cabin is surrounded by about 10 additional cabins. Based on the picture and description it appears that there is one cabin on a horse farm. There were no horses, instead some animal statutes. This was misleading. We had two days without water due to frozen pipes, but no apology was given. Regardless, we were happy with our stay.

Pleased

We had a very nice stay. The price and location were both worth it. Outside the city hustle and bustle, but convenient enough to be close. Dollar store within -1min drive or walking distance. The house was well kept. Check in and out in an app. Located in an RV park but plenty of space between houses to still maintain privacy. Will stay again in the future. My only complaints were to make sure if there are 4 of you, don't all take a shower on the same day or you'll run out of hot water. Also there was an hvac tech on our first day in and worked on our unit, but the ac kept leaking water into the bedroom. I emailed and tried to call but never got a response so we just didn't use it. Otherwise great stay.

Family Trip

It was a great tiny home and we loved staying here. The sheets on the bed in the loft were a little dirty and we found one dirty towel. But we will definitely check this place out again and give it another chance.

Relaxing stay

Wonderful location in beautiful Wears Valley. Relaxing and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but close enough to reach them in under 20 minutes. Would stay here again, lots of tiny homes to choose from

Jeep Invasion 2021

The cabin was so stinking cute. I loved idea of a tiny home size cabin. It was perfect. Sadly when we left we were heading home for the Hurrucane Ida hitting the Gulf Coast. Had a great time, will definitely come back to stay!

Down on the Farm

We absolutely loved our stay!! My youngest is ready to move in! We saw fireflies when we roasted s'mores. Everyone at the property was so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back!!

Amazing Tiny Cabin

First of all the location is great! Only about a 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, where we spent the majority of our vacation. This cabin is great! Plenty of towels and washcloths. Loved having the washer and dryer! My kids loved the loft although it does get warm up there. We enjoyed sitting on the deck after a long day. Staff was super friendly. Now for a few negatives, the sheets were awful. Please consider buying softer sheets. And the cabin could definitely use a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere and the shower curtain and blinds were very dirty. However we would definitely stay here again! We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tiny house was spacious for two people. Great location. Far enough out of Pigeon Forge to relax without all of the noise pollution.

Great tiny home

In short, we will be back! Booked this tiny home for a two night stay with my wife and two teenage daughters. Only stayed one night but that was due to weather and needing to get back home to the Nashville area before we got snowed in or it became too dangerous to drive. We were all so bummed to have to leave. Looking forward to coming back.

First time in a tiny house

My girlfriend and I came here for her birthday, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s very conveniently located and easy to get to nearby attractions. It was clean and well furnished. Only piece of advise I can give is remember take a quick shower cause the hot water heater is small and will leave ya stranded in a cold shower if you take your time lmao other then that it’s a awesome place and would recommend it to anyone!
