Fawn Memories is wrapped in a 3-sided porch over looking the yard. The hot-tub is in a covered area to allow for soaks in the rain and is shielded for privacy. From inside the hot-tub you can look straight up the steep holler and often see birds and other wildlife. The front area of the porch has padded rocking chairs, a bench swing, and a picnic table. It is adorned with wind chimes harmonizing with the natural wildlife in the breeze.

The Master Suite comes with a King Bed on an authentic log frame. You will snuggle by the newly-added electric fireplace. Not only does it give out plenty of heat on those chilly nights, it has 3 color settings for the perfect romantic ambiance. There is a Roku Smart TV with cable through the xfinity stream app. The stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bedroom to make very easy work of the laundry. You do need to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a Roku Smart TV with cable through the xfinity Stream app. It is centered above the wood fireplace which all sits across from the comfortable love seat and matching recliner. Open the ottoman to reveal extra blankets to cuddle up with. The cabinet between the furniture is full of board games, a deck of cards, and a Jenga set!

In the Loft you will find a Foosball table, Two twin beds on authentic log frames, and a pull out couch with pillows and memory foam mattress. The coffee table will have the bed set for the pull-out couch.

Our kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking utensils, cookware, toaster, Keurig & Standard Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, and microwave. The table in the kitchen can seat 4 when you bring out the wicker stools in the bedroom for extra seating.

-lighter (we try to keep them stocked but they do go missing)
-laundry soap (dish and dishwasher soap is provided)
- Extra paper goods (one roll of paper towels & toilet paper will be provided but for larger groups staying an extended period of time you might want to bring extra )
