The cabin has an excellent location and is easily accessible on well-maintained county roads. Just 3 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge off Wears Valley Road (Stoplight #3 on the Parkway in Pigeon) and ~7 miles from Dollywood.

- We provide a STARTER SET of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods & dish soap. Please note this may not be enough for the entirety of your stay, and you may need to buy more.
- The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.
- Fire wood, charcoal and lighting method are NOT provided.
- No late check-out or early check-in.
- No fires or open flames in undesignated areas including candles.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
- There is an exterior Ring doorbell security camera installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. Any tampering with camera, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds to early termination of reservation without refund.
- Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have medical conditions impacted by high temperatures, or under the influence of
alcohol.
- The hot tub is completely emptied and cleaned for every stay. Therefore, it is possible that the hot tub may not be at the desired temperature immediately upon check-in.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE!

very nice cabin, very clean and well cared for. Easy access for unloading luggage you can park at front steps. Quiet with very little traffic on road in front of cabin. Close to large park for dog walking.

Fantastic cabin!

Everything was just as appears in the photos and was even better in person! It's absolutely beautiful, well taken care of, and clean! It was our first time booking VRBO and the app was giving me some trouble, but they were responsive via text and make check in very smooth!

Amazing Cabin

Our family enjoyed staying here during spring break. This cabin was clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Communication with host was above and beyond. We were able to take our Cavachon dog with us too which was nice. We will definitely stay here again when in this area.

Great place to relax!

I stayed at this cabin for a few weeks, as a getaway after my 100 year old mother passed away. It was perfect for my needs. Easy access (even after a pretty good snow one night!), large comfortable rooms, nice kitchen, and a warm hot tub for relaxing in the evenings. My sisters came to visit while I stayed there, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. I'm embarrassed to say that grown women got caught up in a Pac-Man competition on the game table downstairs! You won't find a mountain view here, but a peaceful view of the woods. The beds were comfortable, (even the hideaway bed one of my sisters used), I had all of the kitchen appliances I needed and Prashanth, my host, was always very prompt and courteous with any communications that I had with him. All in all, one of my best VRBO stays ever!

Thanksgiving in the Smokies!

We had a blast in the Smokey Mountains this year for Thanksgiving. The cabin was big enough we could all spread out. There was plenty of dishes for cooking meals. Best of all, it was peaceful! And we saw deer and bears!

Excellent cabin!

Cabin was awesome! Very clean and close to places we wanted to go. Highly recommend this cabin. Visit the Pigeon Forge area often and will definitely stay at this cabin if available.

Great location for remote work and vacation

This cabin is nicely laid out, clean and well stocked. We stayed for a week and split our vacation into two with a couple of remote work days in the middle. The accommodations were perfect for getting work done upstairs while the family watched movies and did crafts upstairs. Two full baths and two half baths were very convenient. The parking was great for accommodating a pickup truck. Proximity to things to do in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg couldn’t be better. We had a wonderful time staying in this cabin.

Awesome cabin and location! We will be back when we return to the area.

Cabin was just as in the photos, clean, comfortable, and well located. We did take our dog and one thing to note is that there really isn't a lot of space for exercising/pottying. The back is a drop off and the front is sloped and very narrow. We managed, but it wasn't really easy. There's an old abandoned trailer house across the street with a few yards of walkable space, so that's where my girl peed. She preferred to poop at the dog park, so she otherwise held out for those outings! Other than that, the cabin is fabulous with plenty of room, and if you have an EV there's free charging, which we also enjoyed!

Perfect location, teens loved it and spacious for the whole family! Very clean (a mom favorite).

So happy to have found this gem! It was clean, spacious and accommodating for a family of 4 and with extra sleeper sofa to spare. The downstairs has a full bath/bedroom and a theater area that has a comfy pull out sofa with half bath by it. This gave the two teens their own space from each other without having one upstairs with us so we could have peace too. The hosts communication was top notch. Such a kind man and very responsive. He does something I never experienced, no check out cleaning list! He said just leave it in good shape and cleaners handle all. This is awesome. Location was amazing, 8 minutes from Pigeon Forge strip, grocery store 4 minutes away perfect place in my opinion. Cant wait to return to this cabin.

Relaxing accommodations

We enjoyed the pool table and game table. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean! The host answered questions in a timely manner and we will definitely refer others to this accommodation. The coffee maker leaked but that was no big deal.

Wonderful, Quiet Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Me, My husband and 3 year old took a quick weekend getaway and so thankful this place was available! The charger for our EV was super convenient! The house was the perfect size for our little family. There was alot of extra space as we didn't use the bedroom downstairs. The area downstairs is such a great play area. We enjoyed relaxing and hanging out down there. The view on the back porch is great for enjoying your morning coffee. The location is so convenient. It is close to everything you need to do in the Pigeon Forge area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We can't wait to visit again.

Everything you can need or want!

My wife and I, along with our best friends just stayed for a week. We came from TX in the new CyberTruck which was easy to top off on the L2 charger. The cabin was absolutely perfect. Everything was in tip top shape and the cabin was clean and impressive. It’s a great location with plenty of parking Definitely recommend. The host was friendly and always fast to respond.

March 2024 Vacation

This was our second time staying in this cabin. It’s in a great location that allows quick access to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. We also like that it’s close to Wears Valley and the Foothills Parkway. The cabin is well furnished. The owner is very responsive and the cabin was well kept both stays. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing stay.

Beautiful Cabin Great Location

We took my mom for a Pigeon Forge getaway and had a great time. The cabin is very nice and very clean. It has plenty of amenities. It's in a great location with a very short 7 min drive to the Pigeon Forge parkway. The owner is very nice and quick to respond.

Wonderful Stay!

I cant recommend this cabin enough. Location: Excellent - The location from many of the best attractions in Pigeon Forge is great. It is located in an area that has a "mountain feel" without being difficult to access during possible wintery conditions (very important to my wife). We enjoy spending time along the foothills parkway, and visiting Wears Valley and Townsend so it allows for easy access to those locations! Condition/Cleanliness: The cabin couldn't have been better. It was very clean and the pictures accurately show the current condition. We have had issues in the past with listings that do not have current pictures and its always disappointing to show up and a cabin fall short of expectations. That was definitely not the case with this cabin. It met and exceeded our high expectations. We actually have it booked again in March 2024! Comfort: The beds were very comfortable (always a huge plus) and all of the furniture was neat, new, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well maintained and provided most items needed if you want to prepare food at the cabin. The game room was well kept and organized! We have season passes to Dollywood and visit 3 or 4 times a year. We will likely book this cabin for the foreseeable future. It meets all of our needs and made for a really enjoyable holiday vacation!! A recommendation I have for future visitors that have small children is to bring a baby gate to use for the stairs! Thanks again!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

This property was absolutely wonderful!! Everything is brand new. The owner was extremely helpful and kind!! When we first walked in I saw my daughter and son in laws eyes light up! This place is beautiful! Upstairs is a huge master bedroom which leads out to a balcony with a lovely view of a wooded area. In the morning I drank coffee out there on the deck and watch the sun come up over the mountains in the distance. The owner had the living area decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree. The fireplace mantle was decorated also. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including Great higher end cookware. The ceilings are very high which gives an even more spacious feeling. Downstairs is another huge bedroom with a little office space off to the side. Also at the bottom of the beautiful stairway to the right is a huge game room with a pool table and an arcade game. This game room kept my Grands as well as myself busy. In the back of the game room area is a little theatre. My Grands and I watched a movie. Every room has Roku tv which made it a breeze to watch anything or even sign in to our own accounts. The WiFi was fantastic. The game room also opens up to another deck that has a Hot tub! There are 4 bathrooms in the cabin and couches pull out to make into more beds. The beds were extremely comfortable. It 3 minutes from the parkway. The owner was awesome. It's was amazing!!

Very nice property and owner. We enjoyed our stay. Property was new, clean and well maintained. Had everything stocked you could need. It does not have long range mountain views like some cabins but that is clearly shown in the pictures so there should be no surprises. It is only minutes from the attractions so convenient location.
