Great Cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was just as pictured. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The only notes I would pass on to the next guest is the beds in the “attic” are hard to get to for littles. We had planned on our 3 kids sleeping there, but it was too high for our 3 year old to climb up, and then leave up there all night. There was a blow up mattress, so it all worked out! The sofa upstairs had a pull out bed, but when pulling it out, there was a ton of popcorn in it, so we assumed those sheets hadn’t been cleaned. Also, there is not a ball for the foosball table (we asked for one and was told they would have housekeeping bring one, but we must have missed them). There is only one roll of toilet paper, so we did have to go get more, so I would pack that! Overall the communication was great, the cabin was beautiful and we will be going back! Very convenient check in and out process!

The staff even called the 2nd day to make sure everything was going good. We can't wait to go back and will tell all of our friends and family that come to visit (we love about an hour away) to stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect and the pictures don't do it justice. It was a lot bigger than expected, especially the second floor and loft. Plenty of room for our two boys. The views of the mountains are incredible!

Wonderful Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smoky Sunrise is a beautiful cabin with awesome views. We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and foosball table too. It takes a bit more time to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but didn't mind the scenic drive. Our young kids loved the loft beds.
