Living Room

Make that “living rooms,” because there are two of these relaxing spaces! The main level living area features an extra-large, sectional, leather sofa, plus a second sofa, gathered in front of a flat-screen TV. Pick your movie night theme: Rom-com? Action? Kids’ movies? You’ll have time to try them all. The second living area offers seating, another TV, and direct access onto the deck outside.

Kitchen

Cooking is a pleasure in this pretty kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, pebble backsplash, and richly stained wood cabinetry. This kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need. An island separates the kitchen from the dining area, giving you a spot to lay out a buffet, chop vegetables, or drink coffee before the family wakes up.

Dining Area

An old-fashioned, wood-burning stove next to the table creates a cozy atmosphere. Picture your family as 19th-century settlers, gathering around the rustic farmhouse table in the stove’s warm glow. The table seats up to eight hungry adventurers, with seating for four more at the kitchen island.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom is quiet, with ocean-blue shiplap walls and a sweet, animal-themed quilt on the king-sized bed. The second king bedroom is a striking contrast, with an elegant, black wood bed and stained glass lamps.

Descend the spiral staircase to the third bedroom. These spacious sleeping quarters accommodate a whole crew! You’ll find a queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle bed beneath it, and bunk beds with one twin and one full mattress. For entertainment, this room has a ping pong table and flat-screen TV.

The three full bathrooms have shower stalls and one includes a vanity with double sinks.

Game Room

Featuring a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator, this game room is paradise for kids of all ages. Stock the fridge with your favorite drinks and snacks. Grab a cue and shoot pool, or relive your teen years as you play on the video game console. Challenge the kids to see who can get the highest scores, and the winner picks dinner! The game room has yet another seating area and a large, flat-screen TV.

Private Pool

Pack your bathing suits and pool toys! An outdoor, seasonal pool is exclusively yours when you rent Tequila Moon. Take a refreshing dip in the mornings, before the kids are awake. Relax on a deck chair while they bat a beach ball around the pool. Take a break for fresh watermelon, at the picnic table on the pool deck. This is summer living at its best!

Outdoor Spaces

Step onto the large, wraparound deck from the main level. Hang out on the roofed portion of the deck in sunshine or drizzle. You’ll stay comfortable and dry as you relax on the sectional sofa or play Monopoly on the dining table. The bubbling hot tub stands ready to soothe your cares away. There’s a flat-screen TV mounted near the hot tub, so you can catch up on favorite shows while you soak!

Out on the open section of the deck, read or nap in one of the two hammocks, suspended from sturdy frames. Nothing says “Vacation!” quite like swinging gently in a hammock! A second table has an umbrella and thickly padded chairs. How about playing cards here, while you sip moonshine from Mason jars?

Downstairs, the large patio is just right for a big cookout. The deck overhead shelters ample seating on a cushioned sofa. A wrought metal cafe table is as handy as it is pretty. On the open patio, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and tell stories under the stars.
