The check in process was easy and the house was spotless. The accommodations were exactly as described. Big bedrooms and nice layout, the game room and theater room were awesome. The hot tub was great as well. So overall, very good experience. The location was pretty good and very convenient to many attractions but there was a constant flow of traffic in front of the cabin that made trying to have a peaceful evening relaxing on the deck after a busy day a little more difficult. Lots of noise from the neighbors as properties are very close together. Guessing it’s common in locations like this so we figured just roll with it. The bathroom on the main level could use a set of blinds. The glass is frosted so you can’t see through but you’re backlit at night and will leave it at that. The kitchen had the basics, but that’s it. A few minor changes like a sponge to clean dishes vs a hand towel, more than 1 small drying cloth and actual oven mitts instead of the awkward rubber grippers would go a long way. The kitchen knives were extremely dull and you had to be careful using them. To be fair, we like to cook so these comments about the kitchen may not be relevant to everyone. We made it work as it was more about the experience.So yes, a few minor things could’ve been better from our perspective but overall very good experience.
