The good: Beautiful views, nice layout, plenty of room and seating areas. Close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.The ungood: Needs a refresh in almost every area. Some of the furniture is worn out. The pots and pans have coating come off. The ice-maker didn’t work and there was only 1 ice cube tray. A few of the toilets and sinks drained very slow even after plunging several times. All the towels/wash cloths were ultra cheapo and thin. Anything supplied was the bare minimum. I didn’t know cakes of soap or containers of dish detergent were available that tiny. There wasn’t a plug or sprayer for the kitchen sink which made washing dishes tough. Maybe I’m thinking about this wrong, but for about 800 a day, I expected more than the bare minimum in supplies. I also expected a cleaner, less worn out place. One of the video game consoles didn’t work. Not that I rented the place because it had video games, but if you’re going to advertise amenities, they should be operational. The pool table did not play true and the cloth was very worn out. Again, did not rent the place because it had a pool table, but my brother and I are league players and looked forward to using it. If you’re going to have a pool table you should maintain it. Not all the televisions were fully operational. The one on the ground level floor, where we spent most of our time, had no service and could not be streamed to. Very disappointed with the condition of some items and the bare bones way it was stocked.
