Most folks think about log cabins when they think about the Smoky Mountains, but the truth is this area has been farming land since the very first settlers, and it's the families of those original settlers who built this place up into the vacation destination that it is. So if you really want to connect with the history of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it starts with a farmhouse like GREEN ACRES.
PET FRIENDLY!!! With such a nice, big yard for playing fetch and exploring, it only seemed right to make Green Acres a pet friendly vacation home, so pack up the fur babies and head to the farm y'all, the Smokies are calling!
Green Acres is a spacious Farm House ranch with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, the sectional couch is big enough to fit the whole family, the WiFi is strong, all the TVs are smart, there is a full size wash room, and the garage is more than just a garage... it's a GAME ROOM!
Whoever loses ping-pong washes the dishes! Or you could go double or nothing on the Pop-A-Shot Basketball game! The Game Garage also offers a dart board, a full shelf of board games, a big Smart TV, and a dedicated garage fridge and folding table for epic cookouts. And the best part about having a game room in the garage?? You can open the garage door and enjoy the open air and mountain view while you play! Life is good here at Green Acres.
BEDROOMS! Two of the spacious bedrooms here at Green Acres offer big, comfy Kind beds with Smart TVs and plenty of storage. So if you are the type of traveler who likes to unpack your bags and put your clothes away, you'll have both closets and drawers to choose from! We know that is a big deal to a lot of folks, so we figure it's worth bragging about. The twin bedroom also has plenty of space for the kiddos (of all ages) to spread out and unpack. We make sure to say "all ages" because these twin beds are comfortable for us adults too!
Please note: While the roads to Green Acres are relatively easy all year round, winter weather such as ice and snow will require a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access the property. NO SMOKING inside the home and garage of this property. As seen in the pictures, there is a fence around this property and it's active farmland. The fence closest to the home is made of barbed wire, and the fence closest to the pasture, on the other side of the barbed fence, is an electric fence, so for your safety we advise that you do not touch or climb the fences.

● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
