The main level welcomes you into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—ideal for gathering with family or friends. The dining table seats 6, with 2 additional spots at the bar. A fully equipped kitchen and convenient laundry closet make meal prep and clean-up a breeze. Relax in the cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large flat-screen TV. (Note: Fireplace is nonfunctional.)

Also on the main level is a king bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, and an adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step out onto the 3/4 wraparound deck featuring a large swing bed, outdoor seating, a hot tub, in the yard is a charcoal grill for cookouts and fire pit for marsh mellow roasting.

Upstairs, the loft area offers a twin daybed, while a second king bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV, private ensuite bath, and exclusive screened-in deck with a patriotic flair—complete with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and foosball table. Both decks overlook a peaceful lake across the street.
