● We provide a starter pack with dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, toliet paper. For longer than 2 days, you may need to restock on your own.
● 1st floor- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and TV, shared full bath
● 2nd floor- open concept living room, dining, high end kitchen, arcade, 65” flat screen, comfy furniture, fire place, half bath

● The driveway is 70ft long and steep. 4 wheel drive is only required for the driveway when it snows.
● There is parking for 2 cars at the top of the driveway. There is additional street parking at the bottom of the driveway. You will have to back down the driveway
● Guests have access to the entire cabin, including washer and dryer. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
● Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If you do run into an issue we will do our best to make it right ASAP, but there is no one living on the property.
With Covid19 affecting many people we are continuing to follow our cancellation policy. As long as Tennessee does not place any mandated restrictions we will be up and running as normal. We are following Covid safety guidelines and enhanced cleaning to ensure your safety during your stay. The risk of last minute cancellations will be the responsibility of the guest.
● We also do not refund for things outside of our control such as weather, road conditions or power outages unless there is a government declared state of emergency. We advise you to get trip insurance.
