It is 2 minutes from Soaky Mountain and the Sevierville Convention Center and Pigeon Forge is only a 15-minute drive away which hosts Dollywood, the number one sought after family destination in the Smoky Mountains.

On the main level, you'll find an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living space with floor-to-ceiling windows. The sleek kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a spacious island perfect for gathering. The living room centers around a stone fireplace and smart TV, with access to a mountain-view deck and outdoor hot tub. The indoor pool room is conveniently located just off the main living space, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. Also on the main level are two king-sized bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom.

Head downstairs to enjoy your private theater room with comfy seating and a pool table, plus two additional bedrooms (a king suite and a bunk room) each with their own full bathrooms. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission
