Joye's Barnhouse Retreat-Close to Pigeon Forge Attractions, Parkway, and Outlets

Newly remodeled, Joye's Barnhouse Retreat is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlets and just minutes from the town of Pigeon Forge.
On main level you have a full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, bathroom, laundry, and deck. Upstairs has a bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed , full bath, and a deck. Cabin has wifi, flat screens, and multigame arcade. Back porch has a gas grill. Steep-ish and wooded driveway.

The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. The location is convenient to town but far enough out that you can still relax in the evening. We enjoyed having the fire pit to be able to unwind by the fire at night.

I wish we could have had more time to enjoy the cabin. We were only there a short time. It was very clean and comfy. I would say the only draw back was that the beds squeeked. If we get back to the area I would definitely look to see the availability of this cabin. Would like to spend more time there than just sleep. The beautiful firepit area outside, the relaxing back porch, and the beauty of the livingroom with the fireplace would have been awesome to take advantage of, if we could. The one thing we did take advantage of is that even though you are out in the mountains - the trip to Dollywood and/or pigeon forge was easy and short. Quiet Place! The hosts are top notch! The responses from them were always quick. Even when I messaged later in the evening, I got a response before morning. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Beautiful experience

What a beautiful quant cabin just off the Pigeon Forge strip. Exceptionally clean and welcoming with a set-back secluded experience in the woods. Sit on the porch and enjoy a bourbon in the evening or a coffee in the morning. In the cooler months, there is a beautiful fire pit area with chairs, (bring some wood). Has all the essentials for your stay including a washer and dryer. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!

Exactly as pictured

Overall a great propery. The hosts were great and responded to all my messages quickly. It was a bit tricky to get too as the roads are very curvy and I often lost signal on the way up. But the cabin itself was just as it was in the pictures. And the location was great. We could be at any place on the main strip in 10 minutes.

Blake's Mountain trip

It was wonderful and clean. Very warming and cozy for the family. Enoyed staying here at Joye's Barnhouse retreat. Would love to stay here again sometime. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin. Very beautiful place to stay. Everything was so neat and smelled really clean.

Updated cabin with stupendous views

Cabin is stylish and extremely well equipped. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Easy to use gas grill. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. Two bathrooms and laundry. Games, videos, and arcade game kept our ten year old occupied! Very enjoyable stay.

Great stay!

The location was perfect for visiting the GSMNP, Dollywood, and all the attractions of Pigeon Forge while still allowing for peace and quiet. I enjoyed breakfast on the porch each morning while watching the squirrels and listening to the birds. I took advantage of the board games and DVDS and absolutely loved the arcade console. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable, and communication with the property owner was quick and easy. I'd definitely visit again.
