Great location

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the massage chair and were able to see a Mama bear with her 3 cubs multiple times. Beautiful private location but not a far drive to the park or other attractions.

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful! Definitely need a good vehicle as the roads leading up to the cabin are steep and winding. The home needs a little TLC but overall a very nice place. If you plan to cook, make sure to bring your spices as none are provided. Loved the fact that it has a fenced area for dogs. The host is very responsive.

There was great communication right from the beginning of our booking. We had all the information up front and clearly specified. Our stay was wonderful in the peaceful mountain cabin. The cabin was neat and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and views at this property. Its high up in the Smoky Mountains, but GPS was accurate and easy to follow. We arrived during the day and roads were well paved and easy to maneuver. The lofted rooms and bathroom upstairs were very updated and perfect for kids and extended family. We cooked on the stove top, baked cupcakes and used the dishwasher, all in great condition. Spacious refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes. My family enjoyed the Xbox, Karaoke machine and swings on the deck too! Pet area was perfect for our family dog. Less than 10 minute drive to Wears Valley road offered restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Property hosts were VERY responsive to messages and answered quickly. We had a fabulous family vacation at this property, must see!

Awesome host with amazing cabin

I would give this 100 star. Cale was always on top of his game and always communicating with us. The cabin is fantastic, and the views are amazing. You will get a piece of wildlife, we did have a mama bear and her 2 cubs come visit us.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of room for kids to spread out and get some alone time, as well hang out together in the hot tub. The screen/projector on the deck with the hot tub was a nice touch.

We had a great time, it was everything we needed and more. The owners made the process extremely easy and the communication was spot on the entire time. We are planning on going back in August again. The beds were very comfortable, huge selling point

This was a wonderful cabin in a beautiful location. The hosts were prompt and accommodating. The only problem we had was that this cabin is listed as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath when in fact it only has 2 bedrooms with additional beds in a loft area and 2 and a half baths. Had that been the listing I wouldn't have booked this property because we needed the 4 separate bedrooms and 3 full baths. Our family has taken a vacation to the mountains for the past 12 years and have always enjoyed ourselves. Because this wasn't listed correctly we were not able to have the enjoyable weekend we normally do. I don't want another family to suffer as we did because of the misleading listing.

Great Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at Ridgeback, we had two families traveling together and the cabin fit our needs perfectly. We also loved having the privacy this location offers. Communication with the host was above and beyond helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze Cabin was clean and ready to be used, the second night we had an issue with the water the host was very responsive and managed to get it fixed on a Sunday what more could you ask for my family and I will definitely be staying with this host on our next travels

Little piece of heaven

Our stay here was amazing, quiet and peaceful. The owners were very quick and friendly with responses to questions. We even saw a bear in the back area of the property!! that was really neat to see. I would highly recommend staying here to my family and friends.

Wonderful Time!

The property was exactly what the family needed, a low stress vacation in the mountains. Close enough to all the tourist sights, Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg, but just far enough in the mountains to enjoy the outdoors. We will definitely look to do this again and make this a family tradition.

Perfect Getaway!

This cabin is beautiful! Very clean and spacious. The deck is so peaceful and the firepit and hot tub is just the icing on the cake. Host was very responsive and made the check in/out process flawless! Great cabin when you want to ditch the city and relax!

Happiness in Tennessee

What a great property in a beautiful location. Hidden away in picturesque Wears Valley you can't go wrong. Close enough to all the Great Smokey Mountains has to offer but far enough away from the hubbub in the typical tourist destinations. Great place to relax between your adventures. The owners are fantastic: very communicative, responsive and hospitable. We filled the house with lots of love and laughter and great meals, which we hope for other visitors. We thank our hosts sincerely for providing a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family with the large rooms upstairs and multiple beds in each room. The cabin is very private but easy to get to. We stayed in the winter and when it snowed, the view was absolutely gorgeous from the large windows. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the deck and the hot tub. We would definitely want to stay here again!

A great place to rest and relax , enjoying the mountains!

Easiest cabin rental we have ever had. Checking in and out is a breeze, truly pet friendly, very responsive to questions. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar. We would love to come back again someday .
