Here's what makes this cabin truly special: imagine an indoor heated pool as your centerpiece not tucked in a basement, but elevated right within the main family room, perched in the tree canopy. You'll literally swim surrounded by mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. It's the kind of feature that makes kids squeal with excitement and adults reach for their cameras. Step outside to your expansive wraparound deck where a grand stone fireplace anchors the space, complemented by soaring vaulted ceilings and rustic beams that frame those breathtaking Smoky Mountain views. This is where your family will gather for morning coffee, sunset toasts, and s'mores under the stars.


The cabin includes four master suites, each featuring modern décor, king beds with Pressure Smart Plush mattresses, and 65" Smart TVs. An 85" Smart TV is installed in the deck-level theater room. The upper loft area offers full-sized bunk beds with an open view to the game room and living area below.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation: coffee makers, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, toaster, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans, strainer, dishes, utensils, and hand mixer. Throughout the cabin you'll find 6 Smart TVs, stainless steel appliances, front-load washer and dryer, engineered hardwood floors, and well-appointed tiled bathrooms. The private wrap-around deck overlooks a protected nature preserve.

Entertainment options include a pool table, tabletop multicade with over 65 games, and cornhole. Optional concierge services are available for grocery delivery or special occasion decorations upon request.

Cedar Falls Resort offers additional recreational amenities including a nature trail alongside a creek suitable for wading and fishing, basketball court, pavilion area, and community outdoor pool. The resort grounds are professionally maintained year-round with fully paved roads with no steep grades or gravel surfaces to navigate. The location provides privacy and seclusion while maintaining convenient access to area attractions.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:

Indoor Pool: This property features a 6,000-gallon heated indoor pool with a depth of 5 feet at its deepest point and 3-4 feet in other areas. Safety equipment is provided including a flotation ring and pole-mounted life hook in the pool room. The interior door is equipped with a combination lock, which functions effectively when the deck door is deadbolted. A wave detection alarm system is installed to monitor water disturbance and alert occupants if someone enters the pool unexpectedly. All safety equipment and features are optional for your use based on your family's needs.

Outdoor Fireplace: The stone fireplace on the deck is available for guest use with specific safety requirements. Due to the wooden deck construction, only Duraflame-type logs are permitted; one log is provided at check-in. Wood, kindling, or other combustible materials are strictly prohibited to prevent fire hazards. Never leave fires unattended. Do not remove ashes; contact management if ash removal is needed during your stay.

PARKING: The cabin accommodates 4-6 vehicles. Standard front-wheel drive vehicles are sufficient for the paved access roads under normal conditions.

Linens Provided: Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and washcloths for all guests.

Household Supplies: Initial supply includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash (per bathroom), toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Additional supplies may be needed for extended stays.

Kitchen Equipment: Complete cookware and dishware, plus toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various pots and pans, and Keurig coffee maker.

Baby Equipment: Pack-n-play bed (stored in bedroom closet), high chair, and booster seat available.

Outdoor Grill: Charcoal grill provided. Guests must supply charcoal; lighter fluid available in the kitchen.

Firewood: Provided for outdoor fireplace use.

Pet Policy: No pets permitted under any circumstances to maintain an allergen-free environment for all guests.

Hot Tub Maintenance: Drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled between each guest stay.

Community Amenities: Outdoor swimming pool, playground, fishing pond, picnic areas, and nature trails with creek access.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in available after 4:00 PM. Check-out required by 10:00 AM. No check-in or check-out permitted on Christmas Day, July 4th, or Thanksgiving Day.

Road Conditions: Well-maintained paved roads throughout the community. No steep inclines or gravel surfaces. Four-wheel drive is not required under normal conditions. In the event of ice or snow (infrequent), four-wheel drive or tire chains are recommended as a precaution.

Privacy & Noise: Property is secluded with no construction activity or noise disturbances in the area.

Internet Service: Unlimited high-speed cable internet with Wi-Fi throughout the cabin.
