The Fenix Nest is a newly renovated, elegant, and thoughtfully furnished cabin in a highly sought after location, close to various attractions. The Nest’ is the perfect private getaway for couples or your family, where you will find nature, excitement, relaxation, and adventure. All that you wish to experience is within miles of our cozy home. After a day of explorations, a relaxing evening in the hot tub at Fenix Nest is a perfect fit!

THE SPACE – The 1500 square foot Fenix Nest is a two story cabin that includes two stunning king bedrooms, comfortable furnishings, all wood finishes in the interior, towering cathedral ceilings, privacy blinds, two full bathrooms, a cozy hot tub, and an spacious outdoor living space just to name a few! We offer a suite with it’s own private bathroom, outfitted with a luxurious full tile shower. The guest room has an adjoining full bath that is also accessible to all guests. Both king bedrooms have USB charging outlets bed side for your convenience as well as a mounted flat screen tv with streaming access. Additional quarters can be found in the loft where you will find four trundle beds for a great nights sleep or just lounging around.

Fenix Nest is blessed with a gourmet kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with prepping knives, pots and pans, basic spices and olive oil, baking sheets, etc. There is a Keurig coffee maker for your morning wake-up. We do provide you with about 20 K-Cups, a generous start to your trip. However you may need to purchase more for a longer stay. We additionally offer a variety of teas, sugars, and creamers. If you have any questions about what is available in the kitchen for planning purposes, please don’t hesitate to ask!!

Both the living room and loft have ample space for hanging out, catching a late night movie on Netflix or Hulu (provided free for your viewing). If you prefer outdoor chillin’, head out onto the wrap around covered deck that houses a relaxing hot tub, gas grill for a BBQ, and seating for your enjoyment. If you’re looking to venture out within Eagle Springs, we do offer an inground community swimming pool and a covered pavilion.

For long stays, we do conveniently have a washer and dryer on site.

**IMPORTANT** the provided items such as tide and dishwasher pods, soap and sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are all starters. For longer stays, it is possible that you will need to purchase more items for the duration of your stay.
Guest access
GUEST ACCESS – We have two doors to enter the cabin, both are equipped with electronic door codes for ease of access. We will send you both door codes as we approach the check-in date. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any trouble finding your cabin or entering the Nest’.

IMPORTANT: The Fenix Nest is setup to be enjoyed by a maximum group of 8. However, concessions for additional guests may be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us BEFORE booking the Nest’. If you check in with more than 8 guests without prior approval, you’ll be charged $75.00 per person per night and / or be asked to leave.

OTHER IMPORTANT BOOKING / CHECK-IN NOTES:

-Valid Photo ID, email, and phone number are required within 48 hours of booking.

-Reservation holder to be 25 years of age or older.

-No refund will be issued for a cancellation within 10 days of the reservation.

-We do not allow pets. If a pet is brought to the cabin, additional fees can be incurred at a minimum of $100.00 per night and / or guest will be asked to leave. Charges for damage will be as applicable.

-Check-In: 3:00 p.m. or later.

-Check Out: 10:00 a.m.

-Check-In / Check-Out – We unfortunately can not offer early check-in’s as this time is needed to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for your arrival. Late check-out’s are not available and a fee of $50.00 / half hour will be charged for a late checkout. No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

-We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside of our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection for you as well.

-Fenix Nest is located in a mountainous region. Some roads may be considered steep. There are generally no issues with a two-wheel drive vehicle under normal dry conditions, but a four-wheel drive vehicle and tire chains are needed under adverse winter conditions. Please plan appropriately for winter stays. We do not issue refunds for weather or driving issues as this is well beyond our control.

-No smoking is permitted in the home. A minimum additional fee of $500.00 will be charged for mitigation of smoke.

-There is a remote for each tv as well as a remote for the electric fireplace. If any remotes are lost, there will be a charge of $50.00 per lost remote.

-We provide linens and towels, you may need to launder them for longer stays .

-Please leave the Ring driveway camera untouched, it is an external camera for your safety. It is the only camera on the property, we fully respect your privacy.

-Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

-Please DO NOT sit on decking rails, the drop off is very steep.

-Please keep all trash in bear-proof enclosure.

-Please DO NOT leave any food outside, it will attract unwanted guests.

-Please lock all doors whenever leaving the Nest’.

CHECK OUT:

-We have one request for cabin cleanup, please load the dishwasher and run it. Dishwasher pods are provided.

-All linens can remain on the bed, towels can remain in the bathroom.

-Please make sure all doors are secured upon check out.

-Check out is at 10:00 a.m.

Other things to note
-We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a certified and professional pest control company. As is the case with all cabins in the area and likely your own home, 100% pest free is impossible to attain and occasionally a bug may slip through these defenses.
