IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTE

The cabin is located within Hidden Springs Resort, not in a secluded area. The resort features wide, paved mountain roads that are easy to navigate.

Because the cabin sits high enough to capture incredible mountain views, there are some typical mountain inclines and curves on the drive in. There are no extremely steep roads or sharp switchbacks required to reach the cabin.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (strictly enforced)
• No parties or events
• Resort quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

NO PETS:
Absolutely no pets are permitted. If a pet is discovered on the property, guests will be required to vacate immediately without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival
• No refunds within 30 days of arrival
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• No reschedules within 30 days of arrival

Guest access
Every part of the cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. It is your home - relax, unwind, and enjoy!

You will receive a personalized door code a day prior to check-in for secured and convenient access.

Other things to note
Hot tub must be covered/secured with the cable strap when not in use. No seating or standing on cover. A $350.00 charge will result from breakage.
