The Space:
This upscale home features 3 bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the game room. The lower-level king suite includes an ensuite bath with walk-in tile shower, dual vanities, and soaking tub. The upper level offers a king suite with walk-in shower and a bunk room with queen over queen beds and ensuite bath. The game room has a full over full bunk, pool table, Pac-Man arcade, and smart TV. The main level includes a gourmet kitchen with leathered granite countertops and a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoors, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and mountain views under the string lights.
Guest Access:
Guests have the entire home to themselves, including all bedrooms, the indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, and outdoor spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in beautiful Wears Valley, this home is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, scenic drives, and local favorites for wine, moonshine, and hand-crafted goods. Just a short drive to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions, and Gatlinburg.
Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to explore the area. The property is accessible by paved roads and provides easy access to both Wears Valley and nearby attractions.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step confirms your identity and payment details. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this is complete. For security, the door code will only be shared once your info is verified. If we need anything else (like an updated photo ID or signature), we’ll contact you directly.
Occupancy:
Maximum 12 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

- Main Level: 1 King bedroom (sleeps 2)
- Upper Level: 1 King bedroom (sleeps 2) & 1 Queen-over-Queen bunk bedroom (sleeps 4)
- Game Room: 1 Full-over-Full bunk bed (sleeps 4)
On-Site Private Parking:
Flat parking for 4 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. Smart TVs are located throughout the home. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

Pets & Service Animals:
No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted local pet boarding options.
Smoking & Vaping:
No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.
Guest Requirements & Security:
Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.
Refunds:
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
