We are Nestled in the highly desirable area in heart of Wears' Valley

Tennessee, and is nestled on 16 acres of untouched lush forest and boarding

hundreds of acres of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains & all it's amazing

wildlife. You will be immersed in your very own private piece of the Great

Smoky Mtn National park. We are unique, we are not rowed up in a subdivision

of congested cabins full of tourist. At Fairytale Forest , You get the best of

both worlds. Fairytale Forest offers a rare privateraw nature experience where

you can relax in complete tranquility, Hike in your own backyard or, enjoy the

fun of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg only 20 minutes away. Our peaceful retreat

sleeps up to 6 guests and we are happy to welcome the fur family too. This

cozy 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin features modern amenities, including WiFi

connectivity, The open-concept living area boasts a comfortable seating area

with a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing on chilly mountain evenings. The

fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials. Step outside onto the private

deck, where you can soak away the day's stress in the hot tub or take in the

stunning wooded views. Its tranquil atmosphere and convenient location make

this an ideal getaway for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing

retreat in the Smoky Mountains.

reclining couch is the perfect spot to stretch out and relax, while the

comfortable rocker and matching chair invite you to linger and take in the

serene surroundings. The focal point of the room is the gas fireplace, which

crackles and pops on chilly mountain evenings, casting a warm glow over the

room. Sit back, relax, and catch your favorite shows or movies on flat-screen

TV. With plenty of natural lighting, this living room is the ideal spot to

kick back and enjoy quality time with loved ones.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The kitchen and dining area of the Fairytale Forest cabin is a culinary haven,

fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances to make cooking

and entertaining a breeze. The sleek kitchen features modern amenities,

including a refrigerator, oven range, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal

prep a snap. A coffee maker is also provided for your morning caffeine fix.

The adjacent dining room boasts a spacious 4-person table, perfect for family

dinners or gatherings with friends. The room is flooded with natural light

from the large windows, and the rustic chic decor adds a touch of warmth and

charm. With ample seating and storage, this kitchen and dining area is the

perfect place to cook up a storm and enjoy a delicious meal together. Dish

towels, dish starter soap, and dishwasher starter pods.

the warm waters of the hot tub, perfect for soothing sore muscles after a day

of exploring the great outdoors. The charcoal grill is ready to fire up to

cook a delicious meal. Sit on the comfortable porch swing, gently swaying in

the breeze or the rocking chairs as you take in the serene surroundings. The

covered porch provides a cozy, relaxing spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows or share stories under the

stars.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This property features level parking for four cars. It is recommended for 4X4

vehicles due to the gravel road leading to it, which can be rough terrain

depending on the weather conditions. Just 3 miles away, you'll find Dollar

General, Kroger, and Food City for your shopping needs. The location is

conveniently situated just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 10 minutes from the

Smoky Mountains, and 35 minutes from Gatlinburg. With such a prime location,

you're just a short drive from all the attractions that downtown Pigeon Forge

has to offer.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property

(any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be

charged to the credit card on file).

and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
