Douglas Lake is a 30,000 acre lake with over 550 miles of shoreline. You can enjoy having your own Private Boat Ramp and your own Private Boat Dock located right there on the property! This house on the water is great for water sports like kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and swimming. If you love to fish, Douglas Lake is rated as one of the top 10 in the nation for largemouth bass.

The living room is very open and spacious and features a beautiful couch, loveseat, a large flat screen TV, a gas fireplace (in season), a huge coffee table, and large end tables with plenty of room for everyone. You also have extra large chairs in the area for additional seating. The large dining room table seats 8 people, and there is also a 1/2 bath located next to the dining room & living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with very nice high end Calphalon pots & pans, a regular coffee pot, Keurig (K-cups provided), toaster, blender, lots of the dishes and glasses, dishcloths, dishtowels, and about every small appliance we could think of. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Two of the king bedrooms are located on the main floor at the end of the long hallway, so they are very private. The very spacious master suite bedroom features beautiful furnishings with a gorgeous and very unique canopy bed, lots of dressers to put your clothes in to stay a while, and has a Huge bathroom which includes a large jetted tub with a fireplace (in season) and a TV to soak and relax. This bathroom also features a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads, double sinks, a make-up vanity, a walk-in closet for your use, and a private door to the outside to enjoy the lake views. The second king bedroom across the hall, also features a beautiful king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, double sinks, and also has a private door that goes out onto the wrap-around porch nearest the carport. The upstairs offers the third private king bedroom which is also a huge master suite, with a fireplace (in season), a large comfy sectional, private full bath which includes a sunken tub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, 1 set of bunk beds are located in this bedroom so your kiddo's can stay in the same room with you, and there is also a nursery room off of that bedroom with a full size crib and a changing table. Another main feature and a fun place for everyone to hang out upstairs is a huge game room with a pool table, card table, a library of assorted DVD's for your enjoyment, a large TV (with Direct TV which includes the NFL Sunday ticket channel) to enjoy your favorite movies or sports, a large bar with bar stools, a fireplace (in season), lots of very comfortable reclining La-Z-Boy furniture (2 La-Z-Boy loveseats, a La-Z-Boy couch, and 2 additional La-Z-Boy comfy chairs, and a full size bathroom with a walk in shower in this game room.
