Bluff Ridge Haven, a brand-new luxury cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains, where modern comfort meets rustic charm. This serene retreat sleeps 12 guests in five beautifully designed bedrooms, including a fun bunk room for kids. Enjoy stunning tree-lined and distant mountain views, a cozy electric fireplace, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and extras like an air fryer and Nespresso machine. Whether relaxing on the deck, enjoying the indoor heated pool, or exploring nearby attractions, this cabin has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.


Step inside to vaulted wood ceilings, plush leather seating, and a spacious open-concept layout. The main-level master suite features a king bed, smart TV, writing desk, and en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combos, while a third bedroom offers extra seating. The kid-friendly bunk room is the fourth bedroom upstairs, and includes a built-in bunk bed with four twin beds, a rock climbing wall, fireman’s pole, saucer swing, smart TV, and soft foam flooring for safety.

Entertainment abounds with a game room featuring a basketball arcade game, foosball, Pac-Man, Star Wars pinball, and large smart TV with a gaming console. Large sliding doors lead to the indoor pool room, complete with an “social media” Smoky Mountain mural, basketball hoop, giant Connect 4 game, and ample seating. There are multiple safety devices, alarms, and self closing gates to keep the pool area self, but adult supervision is mandatory. The pool is heated to around 80f, and is professionally serviced prior to each new guest. The pool is 5.5’ x 15' and 4’ deep (absolutely no diving into the pool). A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the pool room.

Three decks provide outdoor relaxation, with rocking chairs, a cornhole game, a BBQ grill, and a six-person hot tub. The lower deck offers easy access to the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

The house was amazing and beautiful! Everyone in our group was very happy and satisfied with what we stayed in. The kids room was fun for the kids to play and sleep in. The house had so much room for all of us to either hangout together but also if we needed a break and some alone time gave us enough privacy for that as well. The game room was a hit with the kids and knowing that there was an alarm on the pool room door gave us an extra layer of security knowing that we would be notified right away if the door was opened. There is also a chance a little bear friend may show up as well if you are looking to see one. It came to visit twice during our stay and all the kids and family enjoyed seeing it from the balcony along with our neighbors. This place will hold some of our favorite memories of spending time together with the family. The host is amazing, they responded right away with any questions of ours during our stay. We cannot thank them enough!

The host was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had and was willing to listen to feedback we had as well. Property was pretty clean. It had dust that settled in places that cleaners overlook & the floors were dirty- but property owners offered to send someone out right away to clean. The only thing I can “knock” the place on is the smell of the water. It did smell like rotten eggs (sulfur rich well water) which they did explain that it was on a filtration system and it was safe. Personally I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth and limit my shower time. Fortunately the fridge filter did remove the smell from drinking water- so that wasn’t an issue. Place also has a lot of kitchen appliances- so you don’t need to bring really anything with you- so that was great! The blackstone grill was definitely an amazing add to this property. We used it for almost every meal. Definitely recommend this property.
