We loved this house! The kids (ages 5 to 12) loved the pool, the loft, and the theatre room. The adults enjoyed playing games around the dining table, the hot tub, and watching sunrises & sunsets on the balconies. Overall the house was very clean & appeared as pictured. There is a 5th bedroom not photographed in the listing (at the time of this review), and the host, Travis, kindly shared a picture with us via messages. We did have a few minor issues that needed attention, but Travis was very responsive & prompt to correct any problems. We appreciated his communication!We had one bear encounter while there. My husband spotted the bear when he took out the trash. It was shortly after we used the grill to make dinner. The grill is located on an elevated deck & the trash is locked up, so the bear eventually returned back to his natural habitat empty handed and no harm done. It made for an exciting story to bring home!A suggestion for future guests is to bring your own pool towels. We felt like we were washing towels all the time because our kids would use them for the pool and then to take baths/showers. The dryer had some issues keeping up, but we brought that to Travis's attention. Hopefully it will be resolved before any other guests stay.We would gladly book Copper Pines again if the opportunity arises!

Our family had a great time. The kids loved the pool. The cabin had plenty of room for everyone. The host had great communication. The views were amazing! Thank you for providing such a nice property for our family vacation.

The cabin is very nice, but missing some key elements of home. Don't plan on cooking meals here. There were no pot holders, one small frying pan, and one small casserole dish. There was a dead scorpion on the floor in one bedroom, a few crumbs on the floor, and the benches to the table were sticky. There were no cleaning supplies available, so we Doordashed some. The theater has a recliner that needs fixed, but we enjoyed watching movies despite it. The beds were comfortable, the tubs and showers are very nice, and the views are wonderful. It would have been nice to have a welcome basket for guests for the amount per night that we paid; ie. coffee, creamer, or elements that Tennessee is known for. All in all, we had a good time and if we had to stay here again, we would. We would just bring along some items that we would need to make the stay better for us as the drive up and down the mountain is not an easy one.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The theater, pool, and decks were a great place to come together. We really liked how we could open the pool garage door on nice days and extend the area. The pool was also heated to a very comfortable temperature, allowing all ages to get in and enjoy.

The property was gorgeous. Room lay-out with 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen and a bunk room was perfect for our three families (10 people). The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The home was beautifully outfitted. Everything was top notch. Wel oved the media room and spent several late evenings enjoying movies. It would have been nice to have a little more instruction on operating the sound and projection system. The house is well separated from other house in the "subdivision" and was very quiet. That being said, we had almost a daily visit from a small black bear checking that we had in fact locked the garbage can cages. So took care to always be aware of our surroundings when we went outside. All the decks have beautiful deck furniture and ceiling fans. The gas grill was conveniently on the deck also. We loved the upper deck and gas fireplace. unfortunately this deck had the only mountain view vista. Hot tub, sauna and pool were well maintained. The wifi was at times spotty. If you plan on doing office work, its slow going with the internet. Our only really problem was running out of water one night. The house has it's own well (this would have been nice to know). When 10 flatlanders use water like we do at home, we ran the well pump dry and it lost its "prime". This was at 10:30 at night. Isent a message to the host, he did respond but the technician didn't arrive until 9 AM the next day. We were using pool water to flush the toliets.

This place has everything you need for all ages. The movie theater is such a great amenity. Every bedroom having a deck is a major bonus. Not having neighbors right next to us was something we really enjoyed. The only downfall (since we had kids) was the lock on the pool door did not work and the door didn’t close properly unless you turn the knob and pulled hard enough to close it.

Spring break trip to the mountains

Beautiful cabin! We wanted a cabin that had a lot to do and was very comfortable! This one definitely checked all the boxes. Property management was prompt with all questions. The pool and hot tub were great. The location was very convenient with great views!

Spring break

Copper Pines was great for our spring break trip. We had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6-14). The kids loved the pool and theater room. The house is 20 mins from downtown Pigeon Forge which was great. We felt like we were really in the mountains without being too far from the tourist stuff. The view from the hot tub was gorgeous! The host was fantastic at communicating—we had all the details we needed ahead of time and he responded to questions immediately. I would definitely recommend!
