Outside, you`ll love spending time on the deck enjoying the fresh air while drinking your morning cup of coffee. The layout is ideal for families, a friends getaway, or a relaxing couples trip!

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, closet, and Smart TV. This bedroom also includes an attached full bathroom.
* Bedroom #2 (Upstairs): Spacious bedroom area with King-sized bed and twin-over-twin bunks. This area has a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a private toilet/vanity.
* Bedroom #3 (Upstairs): Spacious bedroom area with Queen-sized bed and twin-over-twin bunks. This area has a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a private toilet/vanity.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for rentals in the area)

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
