Newly updated 2 bedroom chalet with hot tub !

  • This chalet, formally known as Bear Me Away, is now under new ownership and management and has been renamed Baylee's Bearadise. This beautiful chalet is located in the in the Shagbark development in the mountains of Sevierville, just 15 minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge. Shagbark is a gated community with seasonal swimming poor and tennis court access.
    The large living room has all new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa and a 65 inch smart TV as well as a beautiful stone fireplace. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter
    tops and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Both bedrooms are master suites with king size beds and walk in closet. For those who need to touch base with the office while on vacation.. we also provide high speed internet and a desk.
    Enjoy the sounds of nature and the seasonal mountain views from the large screened in deck, or relax in the 4 person hot tub.

    Please no smoking in the house at anytime.

Everything was wonderful with our stay. We had a slight plumbing issue that was taken care of by the owners same day. The communication was excellent. The house was very clean. We will absolutely be staying again!

Beautiful house. We enjoyed the hot tub. The only complaint was it was 5 of us and only like 8 towels and wash clothes. Since we didn't want to use the same towels for bathing and hot tub, we could have used more towels and wash clothes. So we went out and brought our own. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cute and the surroundings is beautiful. The drive up the 1st time was a little unnerving but wasn't so bad once we did it a few times. Definitely not somewhere to stay if there's bad weather in the winter if you want to get off the mountain. We got to see a couple of bear during our stay.

The property was clean, cozy and a great place for an affordable price! Definitely a family friendly area and property! We enjoyed it! & will be back! Only downfall is the drive way if you drive a car or a vehicle low to the ground pulling in will scrape, and turning around is a bit tight recommend black topping the whole area and adding lights down the driveway and at the entry to the driveway it was difficult to see and find when we arrived after dark.

This cabin is exactly as posted. It was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive with any questions. The beds were very comfortable. There were supplies in the kitchen (salt, pepper, some spices, etc) that was a pleasant surprise. It was also nice to have 2 king beds. The bathrooms had plenty of counter space. We did travel with two small dogs. There really isnt anywhere for them to be taken out to the bathroom. There is a large un-walkable hill directly in front of the cabin. There are flower beds on either side of the entrance. It isnt ideal for traveling with pets. There is a small dog park but not practical to be taken for potty times. But otherwise extremely nice.

Property was very clean and odor free. Owner was excellent communicator, had one small issue with AC first time use of year. He had service technician out within a few hours was fixed when we got back from dinner! Bed was comfortable.

Very easy check in process. We loved the property and the location. It was an amazing trip and 6 days was not enough. It was a great extra touch having a Christmas Tree with lights. Our 2 small dogs loved it as well. The hot tub on the porch was super clean and in great shape, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was properly stocked and maintained. Everything was clean and amazing.
