Due camere matrimoniali di cui una con vasca idromassaggio e ampia doccia multi soffione, altre tre camere familiari da 5 posti letto ciascuna. L'altalena per bambini della piscina privata e della vasca idromassaggio offre un sacco di focolari all'aperto e griglie. Proiettato sotto il portico per cenare all'aperto o rilassarsi tutto immerso proprio sulla montagna inglese negli Smokies. Il parcheggio è in loco per un massimo di 8 veicoli. Grande tavolo da cucina e 25 posti a sedere aggiuntivi per sedersi e mangiare. Tutti i comfort di casa si trovano proprio nelle Smokey Mountains con un sacco di spazio da esplorare. Tutte le strade che portano alla proprietà sono asfaltate per andare in bicicletta o passeggiare in montagna.

This place exceeded expectations! Perfect for our large group to spread out and have our own spaces. Kids didn’t leave the pool. Perfect spot for bonfires. House was amazing. Quick drive to all the fun activities in the area. Host was quick to respond with any requests. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was an Awesome property for our family of 13, ages ranging from 8-68! We utilized all of the amenities, including the swimming pool, pool table, grassy playground area, & shuffleboard. The updated kitchen and dining area are very spacious and was a great hang out place for meals and table games. The location is close to some great spots too! We enjoyed hiking, boating, fishing and white water rafting. Dale and Karla were easy to work with and super responsive when we needed anything. We have so many great memories from this vacation. :)

A Great Stay

We spent the week of the Fourth of July holiday and had a great time. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Perfect place for a family get away. We had 20 people, 10 adults and 10 children and it had something for everyone and plenty of room. The pool was great and the adults all loved gathering on the screen porch. It was a lovely stay!

Better than the pictures

The house and property had so much to offer, we really didn't need to leave, except to do something very special. The pool, hot tub, and game room were all enjoyably used daily. The theater room became a cozy way for the older grandkids to relax and take in a couple of movies one day. Between the various living spaces and the many bedrooms, there was always a place where family could interact or find a space for privacy anytime they needed. The house provided so many options, including the screened-in upstairs balcony, two fire pits, and an abundance of seating everywhere from the pool to the porches to the dining areas. Areas for playing cards and board games were plentiful. An abundance of games, toys, and movies were available. Large kitchen nicely equipped. All beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. The owners responded quickly to inquiries.

Great House

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. There were 7 adults and 4 kids for our visit and there was plenty of space for everybody. Everybody was a big fan of the pool/hot tub and we also spent a lot of time hanging out in the screened-in porch. The giant kitchen was also a popular spot with more than enough room for everybody to gather for meals and hang out. The 2nd fridge right around the corner from the kitchen was also very nice to have to store drinks in.

Smokey Mtn Family Vacation

Can’t say enough good things about this rental property! The house and grounds are beautiful. Everything functioned properly. Dale and Karla are quickly accessible if needed and very responsive. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Our family of 20 adults and kiddos had a wonderful time here. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large house to rent. About 30 minute drive to the parkway but worth the drive to escape the hub bub of that area. Within delivery area for Walmart delivery too. We will return again.

Family vacation

Stayed with 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids) for a family vacation to celebrate parents/grandparents 50th anniversary. The house and pool are nice. A whole office room full of games/puzzles/cards for rainy days. Be prepared to drive on curvy roads from town and allow for travel time as it is quite a ways from any tourist attractions. There are 6 bedrooms, however the two in the basement do not have windows. The bedroom attached at the end of the toy/DVD closet is just that a bed at the end of a closet; there is not a door for any privacy. The parking did not accommodate 8 vehicles, we had 2 pickups and 1 SUV and it was tight. Did not have access to the garage. The house is on well water and would not allow the dishwasher and washing machine to be ran at the same time. Showers had to be spaced to accommodate more than 1-2 showers going at the same time. If you plan to do cooking at the house, there are plenty of baking dishes, but be sure to bring all seasonings, oil, supplies (tin foil, storage containers), etc. Bring your own pool toys.

2024 Family Getaway

This property was amazing and the property owners even more amazing. Karla and Dale were at the property when we arrived to check in and we chatted with them as if they were family. They texted us various times throughout our stay and were making sure we didn't need anything or if we had any issues. The house itself was beautiful, but not overly fancy which is perfect for our 10 kids and grandkids, as in previous vacation houses we have had to 'put' things up so they don't get broken. It was very family friendly, plenty of spaces to relax individually or get together as a family. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back again in the future.

Hands Down Best Rental Ever

We were a party of 21 adults and kids staying in Dale and Karla's house in Sevierville. Every single thing about the house was absolute perfection! CLEANLINESS- Cleanest house we have ever rented. And I am super picky. KITCHEN: This was the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental.. Anything and everything you could want to cook meals was here - Kitchen Aid mixer, mixing bowls, 9x13 dishes, pots and pans, cookie sheets, crock pots, serving utensils,double oven 2 refrigerators, silverware (and tons of it ) and so many plates, cups and bowls. Too many things to list them all! Also loved the large island and table. BEDROOMS- all well-appointed and our bed was super comfortable. WASHER/DRYER- Super nice set- large capacity. BASEMENT - Couches, foosball, pool table, huge media room with a ton of movies! A huge space to hang out in! UPSTAIRS SCREENED IN PORCH: Just off the kitchen , this huge porch was an amazing spot to gather in the morning for coffee and breakfast. Lots of seating and so very peaceful. OUTDOOR SPACE : Hands down the best area of the house- from all of the separate seating areas, the grill and the amazing pool and hot tub. It was where we would all hang out most of day. We also loved the fire pit and seating area in the upper yard. OWNERS- communication was great and anything we needed , they were incredibly responsive. LOCATION- 20 minutes from nearest grocery, about 30 minutes from PF and 40 minutes from GB. We LOVED it !!

Family Vacation for Parent’s 50th Anniversary

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house was impeccable and it was more than enough room for our family of 11. The gorgeous pool and screened in porch were two of our favorite features. We also loved the shuffleboard table and theater space. The hosts were amazing! They were quick to respond and very helpful. They also surprised our parents with a thoughtful gift for their anniversary. Highly recommend! We hope to stay there again!

Overall great stay

This property was overall great. We enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 14 (8 adults, 1 teen, 2 preteens a toddler and 2 infants). We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs screened in porch. There was ample space for our group but if we were any larger the bathroom situation would have been tough. The pool was so nice - do bring your own floats/toys - there are not any on property. There were a lot of chairs but I wish there were a few lounge chair/chaise lounges. Kitchen set up was good - ample seating (indoor and outdoor), double oven, 2 refrigerators, and ample storage for food. Location - you are about 20-30 min from pigeon forge and about 40 to Gatlinburg. Safe, quiet neighborhood (there are a couple roosters). Restaurants are at least 15-20 min away. Grocery is about 10-15 min (food city). Forbidden caverns are very close and were a fun morning. Biggest issue for us was the WiFi - it is there but it is slow. Tried to do a little work one morning and struggled to even get programs to load. Would not work well for remote work. I was able to get decent LTE coverage so my phone was usually a more reliable option and much faster. Hosts were great - responded quickly to messages and questions. Would stay here again!

Great vacation house for a large family!

Our family had a great time during our stay. We met the homeowners before checking in and they were very friendly considering we arrived before check in. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to keep kids occupied. Pool needed a good cleaning but thankfully my husband works for a pool company and knew what to do to get it in working order with owner’s permission. Once we figured out how to use the induction stove, we were set! Highly recommend to large families.

Family Oasis in the Mountains

Beautiful property with so much to do! Our extended family returned again this year to this rental. Of course swimming was the highlight but there are so many things to do and places to hang out. The game room provided fun family tournaments. Theater room was a hit at night to watch sports and movies. The upper area provided room for sports and a place for the little ones. There's so much to do in the Smoky Mountains and in the Gatlinburg area that again, we could not do everything that we wanted to do. Most of these locations are farther away than optimal but we prefer the privacy and the peaceful location. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time here. We had 10 adults and 4 children. With the living room, large Kitchen/dining table, entertainment area, sun deck, deck area, and pool, we had plenty of room and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of comfy sitting to relax throughout the house for folks that wanted alone time as well. The house had two refrigerators, double oven, induction stove, and dish washer that were well maintained and clean. We definitely used these a lot! Dale and Karla were extremely responsive on our questions that we had pre-stay and during our stay. Definitely 5 star support! We spent many hours in the salt water pool. Definitely one of the major reasons we chose this house. Overall, we give this a 5 out of 5 and would stay here again.

LOVED everything about this property. The location was great and so much to do nearby for families, adults, and kids, about a 45 min drive was the furthest we went. The pool was used daily. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 17 people of all ages (6 months to 70 years old). Owners were very quick to respond as well. Would highly recommend!
