Beautiful, new luxury house located on Douglas Lake, TN. Enjoy amazing views of the lake from the huge deck and catch the breathtaking sunset. It features 3 floors of living space, 2 full sized kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms (including a bunk room) and plenty of space for up to 11 guests to make memories. Outside you will find 2 couch swings, 2 rocking chairs, a dart board, corn hole boards, a fire pit, and kayaks to enjoy. Only 20 miles to Pigeon Forge/Dollywood plus so much more.
The space
Our home is 3 levels with a walkout overlooking Douglas Lake. It is ideally located far enough to be 'out on the lake' and private and away from crowds but close enough explore all of the attractions including Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg.

Guests have access to the entire house except for a couple locked closets in the lower level.

Access code will be given the day of arrival.
Other things to note
There is 1 operational security camera (Blink) located at the front door which records both visually and audibly. This camera faces the driveway and is actively recording 24/7. In addition , the back deck (both levels) have cameras that face the doors for security purposes. This is our families second home and we take its safety and protection seriously as well as our guests

The Water Levels:

Due to the Douglas Lake being a reservoir lake the water levels fluctuate seasonally. The water levels drops significantly in October through March. The TVA regulates the water levels and we make no guarantees. The lake offers several Boat Rental options at the marinas during full water levels.

Smoking is not permitted in or around the house.
No events or parties.
No guests allowed other than those registered. ID required.

Pets are not allowed of any kind. This is our families second home that we visit frequently. Our daughter is highly allergic and has medical documentation that requires no pets. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged for any cleaning or purification needed to make it safe for her return.

Guests are to inspect the home within 2 hours of arrival and notify in writing of any issues or concerns.
