It is the perfect spot to be close to local attractions, but not in a high traffic area where you can unwind and enjoy scenic views of the mountain views. It is a nice place for sure! But lacked areas to play outdoor games. Just overall a bit pricey for where it is located/ability to do more then just sit inside and play.

The overall stay was great. However, the bathtub/showers were slick. My 73 year old mother fell on her left knee while showering which left her with a large hematoma. Mind you this knee was recently replaced with a fake knee. The room connecting the dog kennel was extremely dusty on the wood truces. The floors needed a good mopping. The home was very convenient to get to. The layout of the home was very convenient. The outside area was great. The host were very responsive.

We had such a wonderful experience. The home was everything we thought it was going to be. Plenty of beds for my family and close friends. They even had a Christmas tree put up. I would definitely recommend to others and will use again if we are back in town. I would also like to add that the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had.

Very beautiful home. It was exactly like the photos show. Very big, with plenty of space for our whole group. We had 7 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own personal space. We loved the game room/living room. The outside sitting area is very cute and peaceful with plenty of space. We enjoyed the covered back porch with several seats and swing. We also took our service dog (dachshund) with us. She loved the enclosed space that was located on the outside of the bedroom we chose. She could go outside on her own through the doggy door and we didn't have to worry about her getting out. Absolutely loved the house. The owners were very nice and communication was great with them! We will definitely stay at one of their properties for our future Tennessee trips. 10/10

The house was nice

The house was large and roomy, as was the back patio and gazebo area with plenty of seating inside and out. Also, everything seemed to be clean. Having 2 refrigerators was a huge help. The one problem we had was the noise. Then property was right on a highway that was busy 24/7. There were also noisy neighbors on both sides, one of which played loud music until sometimes 11:00pm. Also there were 2 airports, just down the street, giving airplane and helicopter tours. So much noise. Had I known all that I wouldn't have chosen that property. Lovely house, but not much of a "hideaway."

Great place to explore Smoky Mountains

The location, owners and the property itself deserve 5 stars. We had issues with bathroom door not locking and the owners had it fixed right away. Our group had both toddlers and seniors and everyone felt at home.

Reasonable prices and attentive owners

The place is very spacious and had plenty of room for our large family. The price was reasonable and the location wasn’t terrible. We had some issues with the outlets not working in the basement and the owners immediately came out to try to fix it and when it couldn’t be completely remedied they offered us a credit for our trouble. That is great customer service. I wish there had been more towels and washcloths and the hot tub could have been a little better but otherwise it was the perfect property for us.

Enjoyed the trip!

Loved the house!! Just a couple of small issues that didn't affect us. But definitely stayed in contact with the owner to let them know. So should be fixed soon. We just had 5 in our group and we enjoyed it soo much!! Thank yall for being our host this weekend!
