It was clean house .we rented it just because of pool it was so enjoyable. They kids loved the house and pool and the piano and pool table it was all so nice .we played hideinseek in the dark all most everyday.Robert was great .great on communication and everything .tim was a nice . We loved the house lovely scenery out side was amazing we took walks outside played ball outside.

We actually loved this place , the master bedroom and bathroom was my favorite. Robert was always there when we needed something . Thank you for our stay and we will be back .

Loved this home and the property location. I don't normally give 5 stars on anything but this one deserves it. A beautiful home on a secluded road with nearly nobody around to bother you. The only complaint would be that the jets didn't work on the Jacuzzi as the button was broken but that could be a simple fix. There may have been a secret way to turn them on but I didn't bother to contact the owner so that's on me. Would definitely recommend this place if your staying in the area. We plan on making this one part of our yearly vacation to the Pigeon Forge area as long as inflation doesn't go overboard in the future.

Large Family Approved

My family had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, the location gives you quick access to the arts and crafts community, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, the indoor pool and theater room provided hours of fun, and the host was great to work with - quick communication and lots of goodies. A great value and a great stay.

Smokey Mountains

We had a group of 11 adults and the house was very spacious, nice size kitchen and room for everyone and Parking . We had a wonderful time.

Everything was beautiful!! Had a great time with my family. Very quiet area with spectacular view. The host was most helpful and available for any questions I had. The grandkids loved the pool and the others loved the pool table. We enjoyed staying under one roof but not in each other’s way. Rooms are spacious especially the master bedroom and bathroom!!!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was huge and the pool was a big hit with the kids along with the game room! Owner had great communication and would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful home for a family vacation!

Beautiful home away from home…lots of space to be together or relax in your own space. We had plenty of space for our group of 13. Not a bad driving distance into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge either. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely recommend!

So me and my family rented this home for 4 days. We didn't even stay one night. This home is nothing like the pictures. We had no hot water, central air felt like it wasn't cooling because the house was warm and musty. We found bugs in the home. There was hardly any dishes to use if we wanted to feed our family. Floor tiles are broken in rooms they put a rug over it so you couldn't see it was broken. Dog pee all over the carpet. Almost everything in this home was dirty including the bed blankets that looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time. The home landscape looked horrible like no one has cut the grass in a long while. Roof water damage leaking inside causing homes ceiling to leak. This house has to have mold in it. Also frig. Wouldn't get cold. Outside structure of home is falling apart. I would give this home 0 stars. Me and my family left home and stayed in a hotel. Vacation ruined!! Thank god vrbo helped to get us out of this home . If you care about you and your families health do not rent this home!!! Ps: Very funny how the reviews on this house sound amazing and people gave it a 10/10. I wonder If these reviews came from somebody the owner knows .

Beautiful vacation house

this is a wonderful and gorgeous place to stay, a comfortable beautiful house for a big family, has all you need …Pool for the kids , game room a big theatre, we had a blast … all the supplies you need in the kitchen , beautiful 5 acres house . We were 15 min away from Gatlinburg a little town to have fun … owners a wonderful person. we had no issues on our staying… Thank you Robert for letting us stay at your home … if we plan on going back to TN, I’ll 100% be staying there again!

Wonderful place

If you need to relax this is the place for you. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen and master bedroom are absolutely great. Pool very nice. The Host is very efficent and communication is excellent. He gets things taken care of immediately. I wish we could have stayed another day or 2. Thank you for the restful stay

Mountain Get Away

Property was good for our size family, 8 adults and 7 kids. Close to all major activities. Kids loved the pool. Great to be able to wash clothes and towels. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and very cooperative. One deep cleaning and the property would be great. Had a positive experience.

Home away from home

We always enjoy our week here! The host is super at communicating! The house is beautiful, and we as a family usually 13-15 of us are comfortable- with plenty of space and room for the kids to play! We’ve been many times to Splash in the Smokey’s! We will go again next year! It’s our new getaway! Thanks for having us, again!!!

Great location and cool rooms

Perfect for our family of 8 adults. Close (20 min winding drive) to everything (Gaitlinburg, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge) Pool was an added bonus. Master BR is HUGE, as is the Master Bath. House had everything we needed. It is showing some signs of age (broken tile in MBath, burned out light bulbs, worn areas) but for our purpose, it was great. Owner communicated very well and we had no issues during our stay.
