Swim and Gym Mansion - The most unique cabin in the Smokies!

Spread across 9,400 square feet, the spacious Swim and Gym Mansion boasts tons of amenities, 12 beautiful bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, high-end finishes, and luxury perks for fantastic Smoky Mountain stays. This luxury lodge sleeps up to 50 guests, great for reunions, retreats, and special occasions. It has all the comforts of home – plus a long list of extras – to keep your group entertained, fed, relaxed, and happy.

When you want to play, have a blast in the sports gym (with a basketball goal, volleyball net, and balls) or play shuffleboard, foosball, pool, air hockey, and arcade games. Host movie night in the theater room that has a 75-inch big screen TV, make drinks at the wet bar, or head to the private indoor pool to swim year-round! There is also Wi-Fi in the lodge, along with a charcoal grill for cookouts, rocking chairs, parking for 12+, and 2 relaxing hot tubs. Enjoy seasonal mountain views as you unwind, and use the ramp for easy arrivals.

At night, guests can break away to the bedrooms that include 10 king bedrooms with futons and 2 bunk rooms with queen-over-queen bunks. Planning a huge getaway for even more guests? Book neighboring cabins of Hibernation Wonderland and Smoky Mountain Glory! You'll have enough space for whatever large group trip you're planning – all in luxury.

Family reunion

Great place for our family. Gym was too small for a full pickleball setup but we played anyway. Sone of electronic games did not work. And one dishwasher did not work. Several small things broken that need repair

Perfect place for us

We took 36 teens and adults to a Winterfest Conf! The swim and gym was perfect for us. There was plenty to do so we didn’t need to “get out” and go anywhere, which saved our kids some money! They played baseball and volleyball for hours! Very clean and spacious! We will definitely go back next year.

Horrible Avoid!!!

I started to get a bad feeling on the place as I approached the front doorsteps and noticed garbage/napkins on the front doorstep and candy wrappers on the ground inside. Unfortunately, the rental property had multiple significant issues that were not disclosed in the listing, which made the conditions unsuitable for habitation. These issues include: Pre-existing Water Leak and Mold: There was a visible water leak and mold in the unit, which poses health risks and was not mentioned in the VRBO listing. Loud Rumbling Pump: A pump in the unit would randomly activate, even during night hours, which repeatedly disrupted our sleep. Sewer Smell: There was a persistent sewer smell in one of the bedrooms, forcing one of my guests to relocate to another room. Malfunctioning Door Knobs: The door knobs on bathroom doors were defective; one incident involved a guest being locked in the bathroom. Wasp and Insect Infestation: There was a wasp and insect infestation in one of the bedrooms. Upon discovering these issues, I immediately attempted to contact the host via the VRBO platform to resolve these concerns. Despite multiple attempts, the host did not address these. I have photos, videos and screenshots of correspondence with the host. All of which back me up and not theirs that they resolved them. What a lie! How about that picture of the gym they show in the listing? It doesn’t show the real life water damage stains on the walls behind the hoop. Not luxury or habitable.

Great Family Cabin!

Great space to gather out back on the patio! Loved the firepit! Roomy bedrooms, Lots of games and activities for teens and kids. Loved the gym area, the pool was nice but the heater wasn't working for our stay. Owner was easy to contact and sent servicemen asap.

Baseball tournament

Great house. Accommodated everyone well. Plenty of space to get away if needed. Kitchen was great. Sports court, games, hot tubs were all great. Loved it all. Huge back porch and fire pit was the favorite!
