    Welcome to Fair Ridge Cabin! Step inside to an open and inviting living space, where a cozy sectional couch offers plenty of room for your whole group to relax together after a day of adventure. The cabin is designed for comfort and connection, featuring two spacious King Suites, each with its own private bathroom and Smart TV. For additional guests or children, two foldable memory foam twin beds are also available. We provide all towels, linens, and basic essentials for a stress-free stay.

    Fully Equipped Kitchen: Complete with a Keurig, toaster, Crockpot, air fryer, and children's dinnerware.

    Indoor Entertainment: Challenge your family and friends on the infinity game table arcade or stream your favorites with high-speed Wi-Fi.

    Family-Friendly: A high chair and washer & dryer are available for your convenience.

    Your mountain retreat extends outdoors, with plenty of space for fun and relaxation. Guests have full access to the entire cabin and its private amenities.

    Outdoor Balcony: Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening of stargazing.
    Hot Tub: Unwind and soak in the private hot tub after a day of exploring.
    Outdoor Fun: Enjoy a round of putt-putt, a game of horseshoes, or watch the kids play in their own mini playhouse.
    Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit with seating for six. S’mores sticks are provided for the perfect cozy night under the stars.
    Outdoor Cooking: Fire up the gas propane grill for a family barbecue.

    Conveniently located with easy, stress-free access and no steep mountain roads, our cabin is located just off a country road while still being only a short drive from the Smokies’ top attractions, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and entertainment.

    Security: For your safety, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras facing the driveway and entrances.
    Gas Grill: Guests are asked to clean the grill after use.
    Fire Pit: The fire pit is available for your enjoyment, but firewood is not included. You will need to provide your own.
    Check-In/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand.
    Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind during your trip.

The hot tub was very clean, the view was very nice and the overall atmosphere and location was perfect for our family. The home was in perfect cleanliness and well stocked!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily fit a few more! Our boys loved the hot tub, the putt-putt and the playhouse. The amenities were fabulous! The cabin is well built with beautiful finishes and decorations, makes you feel cozy and at home. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were not that bad at all! We had a small ant issue (not a big deal to us whatsoever), we brought it to the owners attention, they responded immediately and got it taken care of without any interruption to our stay! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

The home we stayed in was nice. Besides the floors looking unswept and the front door not closing properly, everything was good. The home is beautiful. The problem I had was with communication between the host and I. Before the trip began I began having remorse. I booked the home about 2 to 3 days before my trip. Important questions went more than 12 hours without response. It seemed I had to ask the same question repeatedly, then out of frustration, look up the answer for myself before they finally responded to my question.I left items in the kitchen cabinet. It was completely overlooked. The delay in communication caused me to lose my newly purchased/opened items because now, someone else is renting, and I don’t want these items back since they could have been tampered with (collagen, chia seeds, monkfruit). Had they been quicker responding to even their agent, or given them complete information (all of the items are on the same shelf) all of my items, and not some, could have been retrieved. Though I take full responsibility leaving my items, it was the delay in response from the host. Had I just been linked to the property manager from the beginning, this could have been avoided.The agent, however, was great when I spoke with her. The few items that were retrieved will be mailed to me. I will pay for the shipping.The host kept pushing for a review, obviously not seeing where their lack of communication was a problem with countless messages between us.
