Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The cabin was surprisingly clean and beautifully decorated as I have OCD and struggle with having things cleaned so this place was a total blessing.I didn't have to do anything but just enjoy the moment. This rental is easy to get to but far enough from the road you can’t see anything and you FEEL like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It was no more than 15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg, making it the perfect home base for our weekend, the hot tub, porch, and other amenities added to the experience and was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day walking downtown.

The game room in the basement was really fun and definitely came in handy on the days/ nights it was raining so we stayed in. One thing I will say is please remove any visible cobwebs. There were two big ones in the shower area that if I had a swifter wand I would have taken care them myself.

We could have easily spent the day just relaxing in the cabin! It was beautiful! The hot tub had been drained and refilled upon arrival so you have peace of mind that it’s been sanitized for you.
