Appalachian Vista is the most gorgeous 3-bedroom, two-bathroom pet friendly home in the area! With the most attention to detail, no steep roads to the property, and all the amenities you could want (pool table, shared hot tub, wifi, shared fenced-in yard, Appalachian Vista is the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway for your vacation!

Main Level (all on one level):
-Front porch with seating
-Cozy living room with TV
-Fully equipped kitchen with a standard and a Keurig coffee maker
-Awesome game room with pool table, arcade game, darts, board games, and TV!
-Queen bedroom #1 with ensuite full bathroom and access to back yard area
-Queen bedroom #2
-Bedroom #3 with twin bunk beds and washer/dryer
-Bathroom #2 with standup shower
-Back deck area with more outdoor seating (great place to have your morning coffee!)
-Flat, paved parking

Shared Backyard Space:
-Firepit
-Lots of comfy seating
-Charcoal, park style grill
-Fenced in yard
-Hot tub
-Appalachian Vista shares the outside common areas of the home (pond, firepit, hot tub, outdoor furniture, etc.) with another home on the same property, just like you would if you were staying in a condo or hotel. The guests in the neighboring property sharing the backyard may also have dogs.
-If you need more space, you can rent the neighboring property "The Blue Haze Lodge" to make it a 5-bedroom and have the entire space to yourselves! The 5 bedroom version of this property is called "Blue Vista" on our website.
-Groundskeeper maintains outside of home on weekends. May occasionally occur during weekdays.

Note: There is construction taking place near this cabin and the construction company is not affiliated with Auntie Belham's. They may begin work early in the morning.

No smoking allowed inside this cabin. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches and DO NOT litter.

Winding mountain roads to cabin. Do not feed the bears or wildlife.

This home welcomes your dogs, but please register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Pet Policies overview: 2 dog limit, 60 lbs per dog, not allowed on furniture, must be crated if left at the cabin. Guests are financially responsible for damages, and/or extra cleaning needed as a result of dogs, ESAs, or service animals.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.

Nice place outdoor space great except for the piped in cricket sounds. Too much too loud. Overpowered the stillness of the night w being outside w a fire.
