Welcome to Bearly Believable!

Located in Pigeon Forge, just minutes from your favorite attractions, including Dollywood (9 miles) and The Island (6.5 miles).

Our 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom cabin sits at the top of the hill with stunning views of the incredible Smoky Mountains from all THREE 50 foot wide decks! Enjoy the best that nature has to offer you from the comfort of your home away from home.

The main level is well appointed with an incredible main living space, inclusive of plenty of seating, a large, fully stocked kitchen, and a massive 10 foot(!) dining table to seat your entire crew! The entire back of the home has windows that afford stunning views, and allow you to take advantage of the natural beauty from every vantage point. Off of the Main level, you have your first of three 50 foot wide decks - where you will find both a seating area, as well as an outdoor dining area that will easily seat 10-12 people. This main level also has 2 king bedrooms, each with spacious private en-suite bathrooms, beautifully appointed with glass-enclosed stand-up showers and adjustable shower heads with spray wands.

The second level hosts three additional king-size bedrooms, each of which also has an attached, private en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also have a designated workspace with desks, chairs, and an incredible view for those that need to get a few emails done before the fun begins for the day! The fourth bedroom on this second level is perfect for kids or teens, with queen-over-queen bunks, as well as a twin over twin daybed & trundle. Enjoy the incredible view and peaceful sounds of nature from the 50 foot wide deck, while rocking the afternoon away in the comfortable rocking chairs provided.

All bedrooms on all levels have private televisions, ready to stream your favorite programs via Roku devices. Other amenities in each room include sound machines, seating, luggage racks, and bedside lamps for reading.

The lower level is ready for fun! You’ll enjoy playing pool at the billiards table, playing up to 3,000 games on each of the THREE video game machines, watching a movie in the theatre room, or enjoying a dip in the indoor tropical-themed swimming pool! You absolutely MUST spend time in the hot tub on the lower level deck, winding down from the day’s adventures, and enjoying the sunset. It sounds so amazing that it is Bearly Believable!

The entire home is accessible, with the exception of the private locked owner's closet.

Other things to note:
This beautiful cabin is at the top of the hill, and surrounded by nature. As such, there are wild animals that will require attention and caution.

While it is not common to see bears, raccoons and other wild animals during the day, it is not unheard of. It is, however, common for the wild animals to roam freely at night. WILD ANIMALS ARE DANGEROUS.

You must take caution to ensure that your property and the cabin are secure.

DO NOT:
-Approach or Feed any wild animal
-Leave food in your vehicle (bears know how to open car doors.
-Leave food on the patios, decks or any other outside location.
-Leave trash or other items that may be considered "food" to an animal anywhere outside of the cabin, with the exception of the bear-proof trash containers.

DO:
-Lock all doors
-Place all trash in the bear-proof trash receptacles
-Take all food in from the patios and decks
-HAVE TONS OF FUN!

The Other Important Details:

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- QUIET TIME 10:00pm (please be respectful of the neighbors)
- No Pets. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. There is a fee of $700 if you bring a pet.
- We provide initial rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. You may want to bring more.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- You must be 25 and over to use the hot tub. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. THE USE OF THE HOT TUB IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- The door to the pool is always locked (auto locks after 30 seconds), and myst be accessed by code. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool. Alcohol is not allowed near the pool. You are not allowed to use the pool if you have consumed alcohol. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. THE USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- Initial setups of soap, shampoos, and some toiletries are provided in each bathroom. A small dish soap and 2 dishwasher pods are also provided.
- Spices, condiments, ziplock bags, and coffee are not provided.
- The home has BBQ tools for the outdoor charcoal grill. Charcoal is not provided.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (with the exception of the charcoal grill near the street). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
