Start your day on the expansive patio, where a heated whiskey barrel pool seemingly blends with the mountains. With an infinity edge, you’ll enjoy a sense of floating above the peaks. There’s even jets for an extra touch of relaxation.

Lounge with a morning coffee or dine al fresco in the evening, savoring the crisp mountain air and the grill’s smoky aromas. And as night falls, sink into the hot tub or cozy up around the firepit for some unparalleled stargazing.

Inside, the great room steals the show with its towering ceilings, massive windows, and a crackling fireplace—the perfect place to gather. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with a gas range, coffee station, and barstool seating, invites you to craft delicious meals while soaking up the mountain views. Just off the dining area, a table for eight welcomes family-style dinners or festive gatherings.

Head downstairs to the game room lounge, an inviting space where relaxation meets entertainment. Here, you’ll find a wet bar, a second TV, and a ping pong table for friendly competitions. There’s also a foosball table and plenty of board games to choose from.

With convenient parking (including an electric vehicle charger) and in-home laundry, Whiskey Ridge makes it easy to explore the area, from the fun-filled attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to scenic hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Located along the Tennessee/North Carolina border and home to the country's most visited national park, the Smokies provide over 800 miles of hiking trails, rivers, and a good chance at a black bear sighting. Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The private outdoor pool is closed from November through May.
- The community is currently undergoing active construction. While we aim to provide a peaceful stay, you may experience occasional noise or activity during daytime hours.
- Please note: The photos shown are from the sister property, Goose Gap. Both homes are nearly identical in layout and amenities, with the only notable difference being that Goose Gap does not have a hot tub.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 8 vehicles.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Beautiful Houwe with an Amazing View

We had a really good time at this house. There were a few issues but the management company was easy to reach and worked relatively quickly to resolve them. Go ahead and book this place.
