Customer service above and beyond
Property management / ownership (Auntie Belhams) is very friendly and helpful, even when you may have multiple questions and calls. They provided everything we needed to make some decisions and make our trip better.
They are associated with another service that provides free passes to local attractions, which was very appreciated.
The property was clean and well maintained. We thought maybe there wouldn't be enough supplies (as described in their listing) so we were prepared, but it was just enough, not wasteful. All the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and updated, exterior lighting around the cabin was great, GPS took us right there (easy to find), the hot tub was clean and working properly.
The downstairs living area (game room) was perfect for the teenagers...they had their own complete living area to hang out in and have separation from the adults.
The only "negative" things we could point out (if you could even call them negative) were the two of the showers are quite small, but manageable...plus, we didn't choose it for the showers. The upstairs bathroom is very small, but again it was manageable and worked for us. The last thing would be to say they need to clean the patios and their furniture better (more often), that did hinder us from sitting outside more...but still, not horrible and we managed.
Cabin is about 25 minutes from main attractions.
We would definitely stay at another Auntie Belhams property and this property again.
