SPETTACOLARE CASA CON 3 CAMERE DA LETTO, 2 TERRAZZE PRIVATE.<br>

La nostra bella casa è divisa in 3 piani.

Al primo piano abbiamo:
-Camera 1 con letto king size (1. 50m x 1. 90m)
- Ampia cena con cucina moderna open space e area lounge, ideale per la famiglia / gli amici che intrattengono e frequentano insieme. Abbiamo portato i vecchi muri e puoi vedere i mattoni unici e originali della casa. Ha uno spazio piacevole che ti farà sentire come a casa.
-Bagno con cabina doccia.

Al secondo piano abbiamo:
-Due camere da letto.
Camera da letto 2 con un letto king size (1,50 x 2 m) balcone dal pavimento al soffitto con vista sulla famosa strada, Calle Castilla, tavolo e due sedie.
Camera da letto 3 che ha 2 letti singoli (0. 90m x 2m).
- Bagno completamente attrezzato con cabina doccia doppia.
- Armadio lavanderia con lavatrice, utensili e prodotti per la pulizia.

Da questo secondo piano abbiamo accesso a una delle splendide terrazze da cui accediamo al terzo piano che è la nostra splendida terrazza sul tetto molto grande, uno dei punti meravigliosi di questa proprietà, il momento clou! Con una zona salotto dove puoi goderti un meritato riposo all'aperto, gustare una buona colazione o un'ottima cena dopo aver visitato la città.

Faremo del nostro meglio per farvi trascorrere un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno a Siviglia.



La sistemazione

La nostra bella casa è divisa in 3 piani.

- Nella prima puoi goderti 1 camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale.

Una sala da pranzo da cui possiamo vedere la cucina e che, insieme al muro di mattoni originale della casa, crea uno spazio unico e piacevole che ti farà sentire come a casa.

Questo piano contiene anche un bagno completamente attrezzato.

- Al secondo piano abbiamo due camere da letto. Una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli.

Su questo secondo piano abbiamo anche un bagno ugualmente attrezzato come il precedente.

Per finire con il 2 ° piano, una delle attrazioni della casa, una bellissima terrazza da cui accederemo al terzo e ultimo piano, che è un'altra bellissima terrazza dove si può godere di un meritato riposo all'aperto.

In esso vi auguriamo un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno a Siviglia.
Metteremo tutta la nostra attenzione e amore per renderlo tale.

Très belle appartement, très chaleureux et très bien équipé. Il y a un escalier pour accéder à un premier niveau avec le salon, 1 chambre et 1 salle de de bain et des escaliers pour accéder a un 2eme niveau avec 2 chambres et une autre salle de bain. Effectivement on il y a un peu de bruit avec le restaurant en dessous que l'on entend presque pas du 2eme étage. Mais rien de grave si l'on vie à l'heure espagnol. Les terrasses sont très bien décoré. Nous avons passé 4 jours et avons beaucoup aimé cette appartement. Attention les explications pour trouvez la boite à clés sont confuse, la maison est blanche et pas jaune ou là aussi il y des boites.

My husband and I rented this home with our two adult children and a fiance. We also stayed in nice apartments in Barcelona, Madrid and Granada and all of us agreed that this place was our favorite. The home was immaculate. The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and comfortable. I don't know if one of the owners is a decorator but the interior is so cool and charming with a great mix of old and modern. We LOVED the rooftop terrace with all the plants.....it was a perfect place to relax and share a bottle of wine. Kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes and cutlery. Home has some very nice amenities that made our stay more comfortable like a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric tea kettle and coffee machine. We would give this house a 5 star rating anyway but, to make it even better, the owners left us a bowl of fresh fruit and a loaf of bread, stocked the refrigerator with butter, jam and milk and provided us with a nice selection of coffee and tea. What a lovely touch. Highly recommend!!

It’s a beautiful apartment in a lovely areas. We were attending a wedding so sadly only spent a little time in the apartment but there are restaurants and shops nearby and the balcony on the apartment is amazing.

Beautiful rental with easy access to so much! My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place! Our visit was very HOT- so being able to escape to this place for a few hours during the day to get out of the heat was great. We had a warm welcome and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Great place with thoughtful additions for your stay. A bit close quarters for 6 adults but great for family with children. Air conditioning not quite adequate for such hot weather but understandable. Otherwise , an enjoyable home away from home.

The home was conveniently located, beautifully designed, and very spacious and comfortable for a 5 night stay for me and my husband. Self check-in was easy once you figured out how to use the keys, the hosts left the home extremely welcoming for us to walk into, the kitchen had everything we needed (we stayed in and even cooked at the home one of the nights). There were two beautiful terrace options that we used frequently, and there were balconies off 2 of the rooms which was a bonus for us to enjoy the Hermandad del Rocío parade-like event outside on the street one of the mornings.The hosts thought of a lot of little things to make it feel extra home-y — gorgeous outdoor plants on the terraces, quality bedroom treatments and towels, plus all of the rooms had amazing blackout blind/shutter treatments, and modern appliances in the kitchen.The pictures show off the home appropriately, everything looked just like it did online. And we loved the neighborhood we were in. So much to do right around it and it felt like all of the major tourist sites you'd want to visit were within a 10-30 minute walk (but taxis and ubers were also very easy to get). Would highly recommend this home and the hosts.

Amazing vibe and comfort

We loved this place - it had everything you could want, including a nice fruit bowl and jams! Great set up (lots of stairs!), very comfortable. The outside decks were amazing with great space and privacy! It’s more in the “local” part of town with less shops and restaurants, but we enjoyed that too. Loved the Mercado down the street and the bar below the apartment!

Visited as a group of 6 best friends. Apartment hadxa great location in Triana but still just a 15mins stroll across the bridge into Seville center. Beautifully clean, very comfortable beds and a super roof terrace. Highly recommend this area of Seville roofterrace

Perfect in every way

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Perfect for two couples as you have plenty of private space and community space. If you have trouble with stairs it would be difficult, but if not, this is the place to stay. Great communication with owner. Provided very detailed information to make our visit special.

A weekend in Triana

The location of this property is very central, and it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.The neighborhood is lively, with lots of night life. The only challenge was parking, which is at a premium in the area.The property was very well laid out and extremely efficient and clean. Perfection in Traina

My husband, two teenage daughter and I just enjoyed a week in Seville, staying in Samuel's beautiful apartment. From the start he was welcoming and wonderful - allowing us an early check in with a bowl of fresh fruit, bread, milk, coffee, tea and wine to greet us. The apartment is in a wonderful location and it is absolutely gorgeous. We have been fortunate to travel abroad staying numerous rental apartments and this place has now topped our list. It is comfortable, clean and well-located. We were able to walk to all the sites of Seville with the apartment being close enough for us to take a mid-day rest before head out for the evening. Thank you for offering your delightful apartment, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
